Claims (3)
- 제품의 표면에 거친면과 유광면을 복합 형성하는 제품을 성형하기 위한 금형을 코팅하는 방법에 있어서,
금형 성형부의 전체 또는 일부분을 코팅 물질로 코팅하는 1차 코팅단계와,
상기 금형 성형부에서 2차 코팅을 원하지 않는 부분으로 마스킹 필름을 접착하여 보호하는 마스킹 처리단계와,
상기 금형 성형부에서 마스킹 필름에 의해 보호된 부분을 제외한 나머지 부분으로 1차 코팅 단계에서 코팅된 물질과 다른 코팅 물질로 코팅하는 2차 코팅단계 및, 상기 마스킹 필름을 제거하는 마스킹 제거단계에 의해 금형의 거친면과 유광면을 구분 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친면과 유광면을 구분되게 복합 성형하는 금형의 코팅방법.
- 제품의 표면에 거친면과 유광면을 복합 형성하는 제품을 성형하기 위한 금형 을 코팅하는 방법에 있어서,
금형 성형부의 전체 또는 일부분을 코팅물질로 코팅하는 1차 코팅단계와,
상기 금형 성형부에서 2차 코팅을 원하지 않는 부분으로 내산 잉크(Etching resist ink)를 도포하여 보호하는 마스킹 처리단계와,
상기 금형 성형부에서 1차 코팅 단계에서 코팅된 물질과 다른 코팅 물질을 이용하여 코팅하는 2차 코팅단계 및, 상기 내산 잉크에 의해 보호된 부분을 에칭액으로 녹여 제거하는 마스킹 제거단계에 의해 금형의 거친면과 유광면을 구분 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친면과 유광면을 구분되게 복합 성형하는 금형의 코팅방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 1,2차 코팅 단계에서 사용되는 코팅물질은 다이아몬드(DLC, diamond-like-carbon), 크롬, 니켈 중의 어느 하나를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 거친면과 유광면을 구분되게 복합 성형하는 금형의 코팅방법.
