Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wound protector, and more particularly, to a wound protector that can protect from the outside while maintaining the wound at a desired diameter and is easy to install.
In recent years, surgery is performed by making incisions such as the abdomen as small as possible in order to minimize the scars remaining after the surgery. Here, the incision in the abdomen is inserted into the surgical instruments for surgery, or to cut the abdomen to take out the extract (organs, humps, cancer tissue, etc.) generated during the operation refers to the site where a hole in the abdomen.
The smaller the incision, the less space for the surgery. Thus, in the related art, the surgical assistant pulls the incision directly to open it, or snaps the inside and the outside of the incision with forceps and the like, connects the wire to the forceps, and pulls the incision around the instrument by opening the incision to secure the abdominal operation space.
Conventional techniques as described above are not only cumbersome, but also have a number of problems, such as the possibility of a second infection occurring on the exposed part by exposing the incision to the outside.
In order to solve the problems of the prior art, a technique for a Wound retractor is disclosed which enables easy surgery without the need for additional manpower or tools and without limiting the doctor's working space.
In the prior art, the
At this time, when the
In this technique according to the prior art, the lower ring is put into the wound, the desired wound is pulled until the desired diameter reaches the desired diameter, and then the work is not easy to install, such as completing the work only after a complicated process such as removing the extra sleeve. There is this.
In particular, when the wound is small, the size of the ring and the sleeve is also small so that it is not easy to pull the sleeve, so there is a problem that the operation may be inconvenient.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, it is also possible to form a
The
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments, the present invention is not necessarily limited to these embodiments and modifications, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
