Abstract
본 발명에 따른 향상된 인장률을 갖는 난방발열장치를 위한 전선 외피 보호용 2차 피복 조성물은 SEBS(styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene) 블록 공중합체 30~50중량%; 오일 20~40중량%; 폴리프로필렌 20~40중량%; 및 충진제 5~11중량%;를 포함하여 이루어진다.

Claims (4)
- SEBS(styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene) 블록 공중합체 30~50중량%;
오일 20~40중량%;
폴리프로필렌 20~40중량%; 및
충진제 5~11중량%;
를 포함하여 이루어진 향상된 인장률을 갖는 난방발열장치를 위한 전선 외피 보호용 2차 피복 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 오일은 화이트오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 인장률을 갖는 난방발열장치를 위한 전선 외피 보호용 2차 피복 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 충진제는 탄산칼슘 및 카본블랙이고,
각각의 함량은 함량은 탄산칼슘 5~10중량% 및 카본블랙 0.5~1중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 인장률을 갖는 난방발열장치를 위한 전선 외피 보호용 2차 피복 조성물.
- 청구항1에 따른 조성물로 제조한 전선 외피 보호용 2차 피복을 구비한 난방발열장치.
