Abstract

본 고안은 물리적으로 액체를 기체로 만드는 초음파 발생기다
살충 살균제 약제는 혼합하여 사용 할 수 없으므로 본 고안을 응용 하여 부득이 별도의 기화 발생통을 만들어 개별적으로 사용하도록 고안 하였다
살충 살균은 선택적으로 사용 할 수 있으며 기화된 약제의 분사거리는 하단부에 장착된 팬의 용량에 따라 멀리 갈수 있도록 가변 스윗치를 달았다
또 팬의 중요한 역할은 하단부 밑 부분에 장착된 구동회로에서 방출 되는 열을 냉각 시켜주며 일부는 기화통 에서 발생된 약제를 외부로 밀어내는 역할을 한다
진동자의 용량이 클수록 물리적인 힘이 커서 약제를 기화 시켰을 때 약제의 입경이 작아서 액체 상태로 변하지 않고 기체 상태로 된다
약제는 완전 기체 상태가 되어야 효과를 볼 수 있다
평범한 원리를 실제로 응용 할 수 없는 것에 착안하여 본 고안을 완성하게 되었다
