Abstract
The present invention focuses on strengthening bone muscles by lumbar spine and pelvic movement based on the prevention and treatment of diseases of the spine, nervous system, pelvis, and skeletal system.
Sit in the L-semi-circular turntable (1) and align the fibula with the femoral support (2) .Knee-tie belt (3) and the lower back (5) with the back plate laid and lying on the back floor. Lie flat on the pelvis and stiffen the spine, lumbar spine, pelvis (elbow), iliac bone, elbow joint, lumbar joint and lumbar spine by releasing the pelvis and continuing semicircular rotation from left to right and right to left. It is a spinal pelvic rotator that strengthens skeletal muscles (muscle system that surrounds bones) to release nerves, muscles, and to return pelvis and lumbar displacement to normal positions.
Description
The technical field to which the design belongs and the prior art in the field
The present invention relates to a vertebral pelvic rotary exercise machine, and more specifically, using an L-shaped semicircular rotary disc (1), a vertebral support (2), a knee brace belt (3), an adherent rotary disc (4), and a base plate (5). By circulating the pelvis from left to right, right to left semicircular rotation (60-90 degrees), stimulation of the spine and pelvic bones is stimulated. It is related to the spinal pelvic rotary exercise machine can be strong. Therefore, the strength of the nervous system, ligaments, and muscular systems can be said to be the best way to improve the function of each part by moving the body with magnetic force. Muscle strength is not developed or trained by passive methods or by other people. Continuous strength training is the only way to strengthen your muscles.
In general, there are many examples of pelvic orthodontic treatment devices registered on the market as medical devices, and most of these treatment devices are bed type and seat type, which are operated by mechanical operation using electricity or by heating, hydraulic, or pneumatic devices. It can be said that the unit price is high or the method of use is varied, but that the self-defense muscle strengthening exercise is excluded.
The purpose of the present invention is based on the fact that the muscles and muscles of the human body are not created or passively developed by others, that is, for the purpose of strengthening and strengthening skeletal muscles (the muscles surrounding the bones). It is possible only if you move by yourself and find a way to train yourself. I focused on that.
When the human body is upright, the weight of the upper body (weight) is applied to the intervertebral disc (cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, pelvic joint, pelvis) and the muscles, nerves, ligaments, and intervertebral cavity make it difficult to relax each part.
Lie down on your back to relax and relax your muscles. When the human body is in a relaxed state, the nerves, muscles, and ligaments become loose, and the joint and vertebral corrections can be expected.
Therefore, when the sacrum (sacrum) is correctly placed on the scoliosis base in the supine position (back to the bottom) and the knee is set at 90 degrees, the lumbar joints and the elbow joints of the vertebrae and iliac joints are relaxed and the lumbar spine There is resistance. In this case, the left and right (left to right, right to left) movement of the pelvis causes the skeletal muscles of the nervous system, muscle system, spinal column, pelvis, etc. to contract and flatten, causing abnormal skeletal displacement to return to the normal position. Of course, the spinal column (脊柱), lumbar spine, pelvis, musculoskeletal system can be strengthened because it is to provide help in the treatment and prevention by vertebral displacement.
The present invention moves the pelvis (from left to right and right to left) in the supine position (back to bottom) to perform semicircular rotation, which strengthens lumbar and pelvic muscles, especially lumbar spine, pelvic deformity and scoliosis. People continue to induce the vertebrae to their normal positions with constant effort, strengthening the musculoskeletal system, pain relief in each system is provided with a spinal pelvic rotator.
As described above, according to the present invention, in the supine position, the nerves, muscles, and ligaments are relaxed and the semi-circular rotation is continued while the bone muscles are relaxed, thereby strengthening the flexibility and elasticity in the nerves and bones around the lumbar pelvis. Acupuncture points and muscles can be released to prevent disease and maintain health, and spinal and pelvic lumbar deformity disorders can also provide a lot of help to cure the spinal rotator.
