(a) 주차 이동 요청자의 모바일 단말기가 주차 차량의 차량 식별번호를 포함하는 이동 요청 정보를 주차 관리 서버로 전송하는 단계;
(b) 상기 주차 관리 서버가 상기 전송된 이동 요청 정보를 기초로 회원의 차량 식별번호 및 모바일번호를 포함하는 회원 정보를 회원별로 저장하고 있는 차량 데이터베이스를 검색하는 단계;
(c) 상기 주차 관리 서버가 상기 차량 데이터베이스로부터 상기 주차 차량에 대응되는 회원의 모바일번호를 추출하는 단계; 및
