도 1은 일반적인 태양전지 모듈의 주요 구성을 도시한 부분 확대도,
도 2은 태양전지 셀과 리본 와이어의 접합체가 온도변화에 의해 휘는 과정을 도시한 구성도,
도 3은 솔더링된 도체의 열팽창계수 크기에 따른 결정방위 분포를 나타낸 XRD 분석 그래프,
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예와 비교예에 따른 리본 와이어의 특성을 비교한 테이블이다.
Claims (4)
- 태양전지 모듈용 리본 와이어에 있어서,
리본 형태의 도체와 상기 도체의 표면에 형성된 솔더 도금막을 포함하는 리본 와이어 몸체를 구비하고,
상기 리본 와이어 몸체의 열팽창계수가 30×10-6/℃ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈용 리본 와이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도체는 결정방위 (111)에 대한 (110)의 결정립 비율이 25% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈용 리본 와이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리본 와이어 몸체의 체적 저항률이 50μΩ㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈용 리본 와이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도체의 재료는 TPC(터프피치 동), OFC(무산소 동) 및 인탈산 동 중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈용 리본 와이어.
