Abstract
The present invention relates to a liquid fertilizer composition for the cultivation of functional apples, a liquid fertilizer prepared for the purpose of improving the color, sugar and amino acid content of apples than conventional cultivation method, specifically, a composition containing water-soluble amino acids and plant sap Dilution in a weekly fertilizer, including the application of foliar spraying or irrigation from about 10 days before flowering to just before flowering, immediately after flowering and about 15 days after fruiting, and 10 days before fruit harvest. The composition of this invention consists of 20-40 weight% of water-soluble amino acids, and 60-80 weight% of sap.
Description
The present invention relates to the field of apple cultivation, and more particularly to a liquid fertilizer composition for the cultivation of high-quality apples with high amino acid content.
Fruit quality depends on the environment, cultivation techniques and nutritional status. These factors interact with each other, rather than acting independently, which affects the composition of nutrients in the fruit and further affects the fruit quality. Among these, amino acid composition of fruit is greatly influenced by various physiological disorders during growth and hardness, respiratory volume of fruit during storage.
Conventional techniques for functional or high quality apple cultivation methods include a high calcium apple cultivation method (registered patent 0565901), which is an apple cultivation method using a calcium-processed shell, and a cultivation method of plants using vinegar solution (application patent 0049789) ”Describes how to grow oak vinegar. However, these series of techniques are designed to increase the content of certain nutrients originally contained in apples or to tolerate physiological disorders and pests.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method for cultivating apples having functionality by using a water-soluble amino acid powder which is a source of free amino acids and an organic acid source such as plant sap.
Amino acids have the disadvantage that they are not well absorbed into the soil or sides when spraying. Therefore, in the present invention, in order to increase the absorption rate of amino acids, in combination with a plant sap containing a large amount of organic acid is intended to be used as a source of amino acids excellent in absorption rate when growing apples.
The liquid fertilizer composition for the functional apple cultivation of the present invention is applied by diluting the composition composed of water-soluble amino acid powder and plant sap in water, and spraying the composition on the side in the period from 7 days before flowering until flowering. Side spraying and foliar spraying at least once during fruit growth are included within 15 days.
The composition solution diluted in water here is pH 2-6, Preferably it is 3-5.
In addition, the foliar spraying process at least once during the growth of the fruit includes spraying once after 30 days of fall, once before rainy season and 20 days before harvesting.
Hereinafter will be described in detail the cultivation method of the functional apple of the present invention for achieving the above object.
The liquid ratio composition of this invention consists of 20-40 weight% of water-soluble amino acid powder, and 60-80 weight% of apple sap.
The apple sap of the present invention is a mixture of 60 to 90% by weight of apple phage (fallen leaves, twigs, twigs), 10 to 40% by weight of green perilla root roots, and the steam generated by heating the mixture to 100 to 300 ℃ as The main ingredient contains 90-95% by weight of water and 5-10% by weight of organic acid. Diluting the sap with 500-1,000 times of water and spraying it on crops neutralizes the aging soil environment to suppress pathogens and promote germination. It is possible to promote the rooting and growth by activating the physiological function to significantly increase the quality of the fruit.
The water-soluble amino acid powder of the present invention is hydrolyzed wool using protein hydrolase, and contains 10-30% by weight of total nitrogen and 40-60% by weight of free amino acid, and the main free amino acids are L-threonine, L -Asparagine, L-serine, L-glutamic acid, L-proline, L-glycine, L-alanine, L-cystine, L-valine, L-methionine, L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-tyrosine, L- Phenylalan, L-lysine, L-histidine, L-arginine.
The pore hole of the present invention is a root of a plant belonging to the pore pome family or the landing family (Phytolaccae), and the main component contains phytolaccatoxin, potassium nitrate, and saponin. In particular, phytocatoxin, the main component of the root, is toxic to cause central nerve palsy, respiratory and motor dysfunction, and heart attack. Therefore, the root of the pore has been used as an insecticide since ancient times.
The present invention has the effect that can be grown in an economical way apples excellent in amino acids and sugars. In addition to the economics of using apple phage itself, the economics of the present invention can further double the economics by foliar application at a very appropriate time. In addition, compared to the apples harvested by the conventional cultivation method, the sugar content is high, it can be very high.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1 Preparation of Apple Sap
1) 80kg of apple phage (twigs, leaves, leaves) and 20kg of raw peri roots cut to a certain size were put in an electric furnace and heated to 200 ° C. for 2 hours or more.
2) Aged liquid obtained by condensing the steam generated at this time for 30 days or more was used as the apple sap of the present invention.
(Example 2)
1) 30 kg of water-soluble amino acid powder was dissolved in 70 kg of apple sap of (Example 1).
2) 500 times dilution of the composition prepared in 1) with water and sprayed two or more foliar between 7 days before flowering and immediately after flowering, foliar sprayed twice or more within 15 days immediately after the fall, and once before 10 days of harvest. Foliar spray was applied.
(Test example)
As a result of analyzing the amino acid composition and the sugar content with the apple (test) and the apple (control) grown in the usual manner according to (Example 2), it was as shown in Table 1.
2. Vitamin Test Method: According to Food Code "Amino Acid Assay"
As can be seen from the (test example) of the present invention as described above, when comparing the control group fertilized with the composition of the present invention and the control group untreated, the test group of the present invention showed excellent results in amino acids and sugar content.
In addition, the apple of the test zone of the result is a result of using no actual pesticides and other fertilizers or nutrients, because the treatment of the composition of the present invention is sufficient nutrients, trees and fruits are very resistant to pests. However, when it is necessary to spray insecticides or fungicides for a better effect, it can be applied at intervals of about 7 days from the foliar spraying time of the composition of the present invention. In this case, there is an advantage that the same effect can be obtained even by using a much smaller amount of pesticide than conventional cultivation method.
