본 발명은 일반적인 음식물처리용 분쇄장치에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 모터에 전원을 일정시간동안 인가했다가 일정시간동안 인가하지 않는 것을 반복적으로 수행하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
