Claims (6)
- 무빙 렌즈가 고정되는 렌즈고정부를 포함하는 MEMS 액추에이터에 있어서,
상기 렌즈고정부는 복수 개의 마운트 패드가 원호부에 의하여 연결되는 환형링, 상기 환형링을 수용하는 개구부가 중앙에 형성되는 바디부, 및 상기 원호부 중앙에서 상기 바디부를 연결하는 플렉쳐를 포함하는 MEMS 액추에이터. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개구부에는 상기 마운트 패드를 수용하는 오목부가 형성되고, 상기 플렉쳐는 상기 원호부의 중앙에서 연장되어 분기되고 상기 오목부의 양 경계지점과 연결되는 MEMS 액추에이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 환형링의 두께는 50~55㎛이고, 상기 플렉쳐의 두께는 50~60㎛인 MEMS 액추에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서로 이웃하는 마운트 패드에서 상기 환형링의 중심 방향으로 연장된 연장선은 서로 직각을 이루는 MEMS 액추에이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오목부에는 하나 이상의 스토퍼가 형성된 MEMS 액추에이터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 MEMS 액추에이터를 포함하는 카메라 모듈.
