Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pellet combustor of a pellet boiler, and more particularly, to efficiently perform ignition and combustion of pellets in a combustion chamber of a pellet boiler, and to simplify the manufacture of a pellet combustor and installation in a combustion chamber of a pellet boiler.
In general, a pellet boiler compresses wood or waste wood, uses pellets made of particles of a standard fuel, supplies the pellets to a combustion chamber of the boiler, burns them, and heats the water in the bath with the thermal power generated by the combustion to be connected to a heating pipe. The hot water heated or heated is used for household chores such as bathing and laundry.
The pellet boiler has a lower fuel cost than oil and gas (LPG, LNG), so it is easy to use in rural areas, and demand is gradually increasing.
In the pellet boiler, the pellets are supplied to the combustion chamber to ignite, and the electric heater is generally installed below the pellets supplied to the combustion chamber to ignite, and the blower supplies external air to the combustion chamber.
The above means has a drawback in that it takes a long time to ignite because the air supply and distribution suitable for ignition and combustion are not made to the pellets, and the smoke is generated badly at the beginning of the ignition because the air distribution and the ignition temperature are not suitable for the pellets. .
Prior means for the pellet boiler is as follows.

The present invention relates to a pellet combustor for a pellet boiler, and is installed in a combustion chamber of a pellet boiler to provide a pellet combustor capable of maintaining optimum ignition and combustion by introducing external air into the pellets stored in the pellet combustor. It is intended to simplify the manufacture of pellet combustor and installation in the combustion chamber of the pellet boiler.

In the present invention, as shown in Fig. 1, the upper portion (a), the middle portion (b), and the bottom portion (c) of the conical container (1a), which is an ordinary light narrowing chamber where the cylindrical tube (1) and pellets are burned, are provided with a vent hole (1b). It is formed, and welded the edge portion so as to be integrally formed so that the air attracting space (H) is formed between the cylindrical tube (1) and the conical container (1a), one side of the cylindrical tube (1) air inlet ( 2), the ignition heater receiving tube (2a) is formed at the center thereof extending into the conical container (1a), and the combustor main body is provided with a heating tube (3) at the tip of the ignition heater receiving tube (2a). To the ignition heater receiving tube (2a) of the combustor main body as shown in the rectangular bar shape as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the coil-shaped spring (4a) is connected to the power connection side of the ignition heater (4), the other side The
In the drawings, reference numeral 50 is a pellet boiler, 51 is a pellet supply port, 52 is a combustion chamber, 53 is a water tank, 54 is a combustion gas induction pipe, 55 is a return, 56 is a year, 57 is a supplementary year, and 58 is a heating tube. , 60 represents pellets.
As described above, in the present invention, when the pellet combustor of the present invention is installed in the combustion chamber of the pellet boiler, the pellet is introduced into the conical container of the combustor main body, and external air is introduced into the conical container and the vent through the air inlet through the air inlet. If the ignition heater of the air inlet pipe is heated in the inflow state and the heating tube is heated, the pellet is ignited in the heating tube. If the ignition heater is turned off after ignition, the air is blown from the vent of the conical container to the inner pellet. The combustion is smoothed, so that the smoke generated by ignition and combustion is not reduced, and the pellet combustor has an optimal ignition and combustion space because the conical container into which the pellet is introduced and the air holding space for supplying the outside air are standardized. Being able to be and the specification has the advantage of being easy to manufacture and install.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. It is formed, overlapping so that the air attracting space (H) is formed between the cylindrical tube (1) and the conical container (1a) is configured by welding the edge portion to be integral, and the air inlet on one side of the cylindrical tube (1) (2), an ignition heater accommodating tube (2a) is formed at the center thereof extending into the conical container (1a), and a combustion tube (3) is provided at the tip of the ignition heater accommodating tube (2a). The combustor main body includes a conical container (1a) in which pellets are stored and combusted, an air inlet (2) into which outside air is introduced, a cylindrical tube (1), and an air inlet space between the conical container (1a) Since H) is standardized, manufacturing is easy.
In addition, the ignition heater accommodated in the ignition heater receiving tube (2a) of the combustor body is connected to the coiled spring (4a) to the power connection side of the ignition heater (4), as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the spring (4a) The other side of the
