Claims (8)
- 케이블이 연결되는 제1고정부를 구비하고 삽입홀부가 형성되는 제1단자부;케이블이 연결되는 제2고정부를 구비하고 상기 삽입홀부에 삽입되는 접촉부를 구비하는 제2단자부; 및상기 삽입홀부와 상기 접촉부 사이에 개재되고 상기 삽입홀부 또는 상기 접촉부와 여러 개로 면접촉되도록 탄성이 부여되는 연결핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널단자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1단자부는 패널 모양의 부재가 원기둥 모양으로 성형되어 이루어지고, 상기 제1단자부에 지름 방향의 탄성을 부여하는 제1절개부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널단자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1단자부의 단부에는 상기 연결핀을 구속하는 걸림턱부가 형성되고, 상기 제1단자부에는 상기 연결핀의 유동을 억제하는 고정돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널단자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2단자부는 패널 모양의 부재가 원기둥 모양으로 성형되어 이루어지고, 상기 제2단자부에 지름 방향의 탄성을 부여하는 제2절개부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널단자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2단자부에는 상기 제1단자부에 삽입되어 상기 연결핀과 접촉되는 접촉부가 구비되고, 상기 접촉부에는 상기 연결핀에 의해 가압되는 탄성패널이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널단자.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 연결핀은 패널 모양의 부재가 원기둥 모양으로 성형되어 이루어지고, 상기 연결핀에 지름 방향의 탄성을 부여하는 탄성절개부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널단자.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 연결핀에는 탄성패널을 가압하여 다중의 면접촉을 이루는 가압패널이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널단자.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 가압패널과 상기 탄성패널은 다수의 패널이 각각 일대일 대응되며, 오목한 곡면 패널 모양으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 터미널단자.
