- 오존(O3)을 공급하는 오존공급부(10)와,정량펌프에 의해 과산화수소(H2O2)의 주입량을 조절한 후, 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조농도에 맞춰 물로 희석시킨 과산화수소(H2O2)를 공급하는 과산화수소공급부(20)와,고농도 OH 라디칼 산화제 제조 농도에 맞게 희석시킨 과산화수소(H2O2)에 상기 오존공급부(10)로부터 공급되는 오존(O3)을 혼합시키고, 오존이 혼합된 과산화수소를 공급받아, UV램프에서 조사되는 자외선과 광촉매로부터 발생되는 정공의 작용으로 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제를 생성하는 광촉매조(30)로 구성된 것으로,상기 오존공급부(10)는 공기 중에 포함되어 있는 먼지 또는 이물질을 차단하는 에어필터(101)와, 상기 에어필터(101)로부터 공급받은 공기로부터 산소를 발생시키는 산소발생기(102)와, 상기 산소발생기(102)로부터 공급받은 산소로부터 오존(O3)을 생성시키는 오존발생기(103)와, 상기 오존발생기(103)로부터 공급받은 오존(O3)의 저장과 동시에 압력의 작용에 의해 외부로 오존(O3)을 공급하는 오존쿠션탱크(104)로 구성되며,상기 과산화수소공급부(20)는 영구자석(201)과 여과필터(202)를 거친 희석수를 저장하는 희석수저장탱크(203)와, 과산화수소를 저장하는 과산화수소저장탱 크(204)와, 상기 희석수저장탱크(203)로부터 정량펌프를 통해 배출되는 희석수와, 상기 과산화수소저장탱크(204)로부터 정량펌프를 통해 배출되는 과산화수소를 혼합하여 희석시킨 과산화수소를 저장하는 과산화수소공급탱크(205)와, 상기 과산화수소공급탱크(205)로부터 과산화수소를 공급받아 촉매반응에 의해 과산화수소를 여기 상태를 만드는 제1금속촉매조(206) 및 제2금속촉매조(207)로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 다단계의 복합산화공정을 이용한 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조장치.
- 오존(O3)을 공급하는 오존공급부(10)와,정량펌프에 의해 과산화수소(H2O2)의 주입량을 조절한 후, 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조농도에 맞춰 물로 희석시킨 과산화수소(H2O2)를 공급하는 과산화수소공급부(20)와,고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조 농도에 맞게 희석시킨 과산화수소(H2O2)에 상기 오존공급부(10)로부터 공급받아 UV램프에서 조사되는 자외선과, 광촉매로부터 발생되는 정공의 작용에 의해 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제를 생성하는 광촉매조(30)와,상기 광촉매조(30)를 통과한 미반응된 과산화수소에 상기 오존공급부(10)로부터 공급되는 오존(O3)을 가하여 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제를 생성하도록 구성된 것으로,상기 오존공급부(10)는 공기 중에 포함되어 있는 먼지 또는 이물질을 차단하는 에어필터(101)와, 상기 에어필터(101)로부터 공급받은 공기로부터 산소를 발생시키는 산소발생기(102)와, 상기 산소발생기(102)로부터 공급받은 산소로부터 오존(O3)을 생성시키는 오존발생기(103)와, 상기 오존발생기(103)로부터 공급받은 오존(O3)의 저장과 동시에 압력의 작용에 의해 외부로 오존(O3)을 공급하는 오존쿠션탱크(104)로 구성되며,상기 과산화수소공급부(20)는 영구자석(201)과 여과필터(202)를 거친 희석수를 저장하는 희석수저장탱크(203)와, 과산화수소를 저장하는 과산화수소저장탱크(204)와, 상기 희석수저장탱크(203)로부터 정량펌프를 통해 배출되는 희석수와, 상기 과산화수소저장탱크(204)로부터 정량펌프를 통해 배출되는 과산화수소를 혼합하여 희석시킨 과산화수소를 저장하는 과산화수소공급탱크(205)와, 상기 과산화수소공급탱크(205)로부터 과산화수소를 공급받아 촉매반응에 의해 과산화수소를 여기 상태를 만드는 제1금속촉매조(206) 및 제2금속촉매조(207)로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 다단계의 복합산화공정을 이용한 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,광촉매조(30)는 원통형의 비철금속파이프(301) 내부 중앙에 자외선 조사를 위한 원통형의 UV램프(303)가 길이방향으로 설치되고, 상기 비철금속파이프(301)의 내측면에 이산화티타늄(TiO2) 코팅층(302)이 형성되어 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 다단계의 복합산화공정을 이용한 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,제1금속촉매조(206)와 제2금속촉매조(207)는 철(Fe), 크롬(Cr), 구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 마그네슘(Mg) 또는 아연(Zn) 중 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상의 복합금속을 금속촉매로 사용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 다단계의 복합산화공정을 이용한 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,제1금속촉매조(206)의 금속촉매는 길이 5 ~ 50mm, 두께 2 ~ 20mm의 순동 원통형 파이프인 것임을 특징으로 하는 다단계의 복합산화공정을 이용한 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,제2금속촉매조(207)의 금속촉매는 길이 5 ~ 50mm, 두께 2 ~ 20mm의 니켈 원통형 파이프와, 길이 5 ~ 50mm, 두께 2 ~ 20mm의 크롬 원통형 파이프와, 길이 5 ~ 50mm, 두께 2 ~ 20mm의 철 원통형 파이프를 1:1:1 부피비율로 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 다단계의 복합산화공정을 이용한 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조장치.
- 오존(O3) 1 ~ 10몰에 대하여, 과산화수소(H2O2)를 1 ~ 10몰의 범위 내에서 주입량을 결정한 후, 과산화수소에 여과수를 가하여 농도를 조절하는 단계와,농도가 조절된 과산화수소를 제1금속촉매조에서 5분 ~ 20분 동안 금속촉매와 접촉시킨 후, 제2금속촉매조에서 5분 ~ 20분 동안 금속촉매와 접촉시켜 여기 상태로 만든 다음, 오존공급부로부터 공급되는 오존을 주입하여, 상기 오존과 여기된 과산화수소와의 반응에 의해 고농도 OH 라디칼 산화제의 일부를 생성하는 단계와,오존과 혼합된 여기 상태의 과산화수소를 광촉매조에서 1분 ~ 10분 동안, 티타늄디옥사이드 표면으로부터 방출되는 정공과 반응시켜 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제를 생성하는 단계로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,과산화수소는 0.01 ~ 35%의 농도로 조절되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제 제조방법.
- 청구항 7의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제를 처리대상의 원수와 인잭터에서 혼합하여 제조되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제를 이용한 OH라디칼 수 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,처리대상 원수는 살균/소독용수, 원예작물용수, 농작물용수, 하우스 재배 및 수경재배 농작물용수, 조경잔디용수, 병원 및 수술장비 살균용수, 야채 및 과일 세척용수, 악취제거용수, 사우나 및 수영장의 살균 및 소독용수, BOD/COD 저감목적용수, 식수, 난분해성 폐수, 염소성분 제거목적용수, 축산 오·폐수, 양식장용수, 음식물 쓰레기장 및 쓰레기 처리장 침출수, 공장폐수 중 선택되는 어느 1종 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고농도 OH라디칼 산화제를 이용한 OH라디칼 수 제조방법.
