Claims (15)
- (a) 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면에 금속 함유 박막을 건식 증착하는 단계,(b) 상기 건식 증착된 금속 함유 박막을 포함하는 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면에 졸겔 코팅을 진행하는 단계, 및(c) 상기 마그네슘 합금 부재를 건조하고 표면 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 함유 박막은 산화마그네슘 막, 불화마그네슘 막, 불화실리콘막, 헥사메틸디실록산을 전구체로 이용하여 형성된 박막, 이산화규소, 이산화티탄, 산화세륨 및 알루미나로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속 함유막 또는 이들의 1종 이상의 복합막을 포함하는 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건식 증착하는 단계는전자빔 진공 증착법, 스퍼터링 증착법 또는 화학기상증착법을 사용하는, 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건식 증착된 금속 함유 박막은 10nm 내지 150 nm의 두께로 형성되는 것인, 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 졸겔 코팅은 가수분해 및 축중합반응이 진행된 졸겔 용액을 사용하는, 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 졸겔 용액은 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬알콕시실란 및 실리콘산화물을 포함하는, 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해 및 축중합반응은 산촉매하에서 이루어지며, 상기 산촉매는 말레산, 초산, 인산, 황산, 염산, 질산, 플루오르산, 옥살산, 파라-톨루엔설포닉산 및 트리클로로아세트산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인, 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 상온 내지 80 ℃의 온도에서 이루어지고, 표면 경화는 80℃ 내지 200℃의 온도에서 이루어지는, 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면에 산화마그네슘막이 형성되는 경우 건식 증착하는 단계 후에상기 산화마그네슘 막에 불화마그네슘 막을 증착하는 단계를 더 포함하여 산화마그네슘막-불화마그네슘막의 복합막을 형성하는 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면에 불화마그네슘막이 형성되는 경우 건식 증착하는 단계 후에상기 불화마그네슘 막에 산화마그네슘 막을 증착하는 단계를 더 포함하여 불화마그네슘막-산화마그네슘막의 복합막을 형성하는 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 증착하는 단계에서전자 빔 증착법 또는 스퍼터링 증착법을 사용하는 마그네슘 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 산화마그네슘 막과 상기 불화마그네슘 막의 두께의 합은 10nm 내지 150nm인 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 불화마그네슘 막과 상기 산화마그네슘 막의 두께의 합은 10nm 내지 150nm인 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 건식 증착하는 단계 이전에, 진공 조건 하에 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면을 플라즈마를 이용하여 세정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 마그네슘 합금 부재의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 표면 처리된 마그네슘 합금 부재.
