- 사과주스 제조방법에 있어서, 탈산소처리단계 또는 65℃에서 30분간의 저온살균단계 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것이 특징인 사과주스 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈산소처리는 CO2처리임을 특징으로 하는 사과주스 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 방법으로 제조된 사과주스.
