Abstract

PURPOSE: A bush mounting tool which rapidly can mount a bush to a bush groove of a structure part is provided to prevent the deformation of the structure part and to reduce a processing time. CONSTITUTION: A bush mounting tool comprises a guide pin(30), first and second guide bushes(60,61), a washer(70) and a hydraulic device(40). The guide pin passes through the first and second guide bushes. The first and second guide bushes are movably combined in the guide pin. The washer prevents the separation of the second guide bush. The washer is installed on one end of the guide pin.

Description

TOOL FOR BUSH INSTALLATION

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a bushing mounting tool, and more particularly, to a bushing mounting tool capable of quickly and accurately mounting a bushing.

Generally, a bush is used to set an accurate position when installing a component to a mechanical device such as an aircraft. The tool for mounting the bush is used as a means for mounting the bush.

1 is a view illustrating a conventional bushing mounting tool.

The conventional bushing mounting tool 10 has a structure in which a guide bush 3, a guide washer 4, and a nut 1 are sequentially fastened to the bolt 2.

In the case of using the bushing mounting tool 10 having the above structure, the guide bush 3 is inserted into one side of the structural part (not shown), and the bushing part 5 is inserted into the bushing hole formed in the other side. By tightening the nut 1 using a wrench or the like in a contact state, the part bush 5 is moved by the guide washer 4 in the direction of the guide bush 3 to be forced into the bush hole.

Here, the part bush 5 is used after being contracted in a nitrogen atmosphere for easy fitting with the bush hole, the conventional bushing mounting tool 10 is tightening of the bolt (2) and nut (1). It took a long time to expand the contracted part bush (5) there was a problem that the mounting is difficult.

Accordingly, there is a problem in that the structural parts are damaged and deformed, as well as additional manpower and cost, to be remounted after removing the incorrectly mounted part bush 5.

An object of the present invention is to provide a bushing mounting tool for quickly mounting a bushing in a bushing hole of a structural part.

Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a bushing mounting tool that can prevent damage or deformation of the structural part.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a tool for mounting a bush that can reduce the working time.

As a means for solving the above technical problem,

The bushing mounting tool according to the present invention includes a guide pin, first and second guide bushes movably coupled to the guide pin, and one end of the guide pin to prevent separation of the second guide bush. A hydraulic washer that is mounted on the washer and the other end of the guide pin and hydraulically pulls the guide pin into the bush hole of the structural part by pulling the part bushing positioned between the first guide bush and the second guide bush. Includes equipment.

The washer is characterized in that the fitting portion is formed on one side to be fitted into the groove formed along the outer circumference of the one end of the guide pin.

According to the present invention, by minimizing the friction between the bush and the bush hole there is an effect that can reduce the work time by quickly and accurately mounting the bush.

In addition, there is an effect of improving the completeness of the product by preventing damage to the structure parts.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail a preferred embodiment of the present invention to be easily carried out by those skilled in the art. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

2 is a perspective view of a bushing mounting tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, Figure 3 is a view showing a state of mounting a part bushing on the structural part using the bushing mounting tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, 4 is a view illustrating a state in which a part bush is mounted to a structural part using a bushing mounting tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, a description will be given with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4.

First, the bushing mounting tool 100 according to the present invention comprises a guide pin 30, the first guide bush 60, the second guide bush 61, the washer 70 and the hydraulic equipment 40 do.

The guide pin 30 is inserted into the through-holes 81 and the bushings 82 formed at both sides of the structural part 80 so as to align the mounting of the bushing 20.

The first guide bush 60 is movably penetrated to the guide pin 30 so as to be inserted into the through hole 81.

Similarly to the first guide bush 60, the second guide bush 61 is movably penetrated to the guide pin 30 so that the second guide bush 61 may be mounted to the side of the bush hole 82 when the part bush 20 is mounted. Will be located.

The washer 70 is mounted at one end of the guide pin 30 to prevent the second guide bush 61 from being separated from the guide pin 30.

In this case, the fitting portion 71 may be formed at one side of the washer 70. The fitting portion 71 may be fitted with the recess 31 formed at the outer circumference of one end of the guide pin 30 to more reliably prevent the separation of the second guide bush 61.

The hydraulic equipment 40 is mounted to the other end of the guide pin 30 so as to pull the guide pin 30 instantaneously using hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic equipment 40 used in the present invention is not particularly limited.

Next, the operation of the bushing mounting tool 100 according to the present invention having the configuration described above.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, first, the first guide bush 60 is coupled to the guide pin 30 and then inserted into the through hole 81. Next, the first guide bushing 60 is inserted into the through hole 81 to be mounted, and the part bushing 20 is formed at an end portion of the guide pin 30 exposed through the bushing hole 82. And the second guide bushing 61 in order. Subsequently, after mounting the washer 70 to the guide pin 30, the outer peripheral surface end of the part bush 20 and the inner peripheral surface end of the bushing hole 82 are brought into surface contact.

When the hydraulic device 40 is operated in the above state and the guide pin 30 is pulled out, the part bushing 20 is instantaneously mounted in the bushing hole 82.

Accordingly, since the quick and accurate mounting is performed before expansion of the part bushing 20 contracted by nitrogen cooling, damage to the structural part 80 may be prevented.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the drawings. The description of the present invention is for illustrative purposes, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be easily modified in other specific forms without changing the technical spirit or essential features of the present invention.

Therefore, the scope of the present invention is represented by the following claims rather than the detailed description, and all changes or modifications derived from the meaning, scope, and equivalent concepts of the claims are included in the scope of the present invention. Should be interpreted as
