Description

TOOL FOR BUSH INSTALLATION

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a bushing mounting tool, and more particularly, to a bushing mounting tool capable of mounting a bushing without damage or deformation of the assembled assembly.

In general, when mounting a component in a mechanical device such as an aircraft, a bush is used to set the exact position of the component. The tool for mounting the bush is used as a means for mounting the bush.

In the case of mounting a bush using a conventional tool for mounting a bushing, the bush was placed on a part and a method of inserting the bush by applying a shock with a hammer or a hammer.

However, the conventional rudder method could not be used when the bush is mounted on the assembled structural part. That is, when inserting the bush, the structure parts are damaged or deformed due to the impact of hammers or hammers, thereby degrading the quality or having to refit the bush.

In addition, the use of heavy tools such as hammers or hammers were inherent problems that injure the operator or strain the musculoskeletal system.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bushing mounting tool capable of mounting a bushing on a fitting portion of an assembled structural part.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a bushing mounting tool having improved workability.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a tool for mounting a bush that can improve the safety of workers and prevent musculoskeletal disorders.

As a means for solving the above technical problem,

The bushing mounting tool according to the present invention comprises a part bush, a guide pin which is sequentially inserted into a bushing hole and a through hole formed in a fitting portion of an assembled structural part, and a guide penetrated through the guide pin and mounted in the through hole. Including a bushing and a fastening nut screwed with the guide pin, the guide pin and the tightening nut is tightened to insert the part bush into the bushing hole.

The guide pin may include a handle portion, a first protrusion extending from one end of the handle portion, having a diameter larger than that of the part bush, and extending from the first protrusion and inserted into the part bush. And a second protrusion having a larger diameter, and a third protrusion extending from the second protrusion and inserted into the guide bush, and having an external thread formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof and engaged with a female thread formed on an inner circumferential surface of the tightening nut. It features.

The bushing mounting tool may further include a washer penetrating the guide pin and positioned between the guide bush and the tightening nut.

According to the present invention, there is an effect that can improve the quality by preventing damage or deformation of the assembled structural parts.

In addition, the workability and safety of the operator is improved, there is an effect that the productivity can be improved.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail a preferred embodiment of the present invention to be easily carried out by those skilled in the art. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

1 is a view showing a bushing mounting tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 is a view showing a guide pin of the bushing mounting tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, the bushing mounting tool 100 according to the present invention includes a guide pin 50, a guide bush 20, and a tightening nut 30.

The guide pin 50 is inserted into the bushing part 3 and the through-hole 4 formed in the part bush 10 and the fitting part 2 of the assembled structural part 1 in order, so that the fastening nut 30 ), The part bushing 10 is pushed into the bushing hole 3.

To this end, the guide pin 50 may include a handle 51 and a plurality of protrusions 52, 53, 54, as shown in FIG. 2.

The handle 51 is formed in a size and shape such that the operator can grip and rotate, the plurality of protrusions (52, 53, 54) extending from the handle 51, the first protrusion ( 52, a second protrusion 53 extending from the first protrusion 52, and a third protrusion 54 extending from the second protrusion 53.

Here, although the number of the plurality of protrusions 52, 53, 54 is illustrated as three, it should be understood that those skilled in the art can increase or decrease as needed.

The first protrusion 52 preferably has a larger diameter than the part bush 10 so as to push the part bush 10 into the bush hole 3 by rotation.

The second protrusion 53 is inserted into the part bush 10, and is formed to have a larger diameter than the guide bush 20.

The third protrusion 54 is a portion inserted into the guide bushing 20, and a male screw portion 55 on an outer circumferential surface of the third protrusion 54 so as to be screwed with a female screw portion (not shown) formed on an inner circumferential surface of the tightening nut 30. ) Is formed.

In this case, a washer is disposed between the guide bush 20 and the fastening nut 30 in order to prevent damage to the fitting portion 2 which occurs when the guide pin 50 and the fastening nut 30 are tightened. 40 may be further formed.

The configuration of the bushing mounting tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above. Hereinafter, the operation of the bushing mounting tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

First, the guide bush 20 is mounted in the through hole 4, and the part bush 10 is positioned at the side of the bush hole 3, and then the guide pin 50 is mounted to the part bush ( 10), the bushing hole 3 and the guide bushing 20 are sequentially inserted.

Subsequently, when the washer 40 and the fastening nut 30 are fastened to the guide pin 50 and the guide pin 50 is rotated by using a wrench or the like, the part bush 10 is the bush hole. It is gradually inserted into (3) and mounted.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the drawings. The description of the present invention is for illustrative purposes, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be easily modified in other specific forms without changing the technical spirit or essential features of the present invention.

Therefore, the scope of the present invention is represented by the following claims rather than the detailed description, and all changes or modifications derived from the meaning, scope, and equivalent concepts of the claims are included in the scope of the present invention. Should be interpreted as
