Abstract

본 고안은 기존의 케이블타이에 걸림부 y를 추가하여 케이블을 2회 삽입할 수 있어 추가 대상물 결속시 편리하도록 하는데 있다.

Description

양방향 케이블타이{2way cable ties}
본 고안은 결속 작업용 케이블타이에 대한 것임
기존의 케이블타이는 단순히 대상물을 결속하는 기능만 있다. 결속방법을 개선하여 작업의 효율성 및 재료의 낭비를 줄이고자 한다.
기존 케이블타이(a)는 체결부가 1개소만 있어서 삽입부(a-1)의 방향으로 대상물을 단순히 결속하는 기능만 있다. 본 고안은 도면 c와 같이 대상물(f1) 체결 후 대상물(f2)를 추가 체결해야할 경우 별도의 케이블타이 소모 없이 추가 체결할 수 있다. 또한 원거리에 위치한 2개의 대상물을 결속하려면 기존의 경우 2개의 대상물을 빙둘러 감싸서 결속해야 하는데 이는 재료 낭비와 작업이 비효율적이다. 본 고안은 이러한 단점을 해소하고 효율적으로 작업할 수 있도록 도면 b와 같이 2개의 대상물g1과 g2를 감싸지 않고 한선 만으로 연결할 수 있다.
케이블타이 체결방법의 효율성을 높인다.
살펴 본 바와 같이 체결작업의 효율을 극대화 할 수 있으며, 재료의 낭비를 막아 환경에도 기여할 수 있다.

기존의 케이블타이는 도면 a와 같이 a-1 방향의 한개의 케이블타이 삽입부를 가지고있다. 본 고안은 도면b와 같이 b-1, b2의 삽입부를 가지고 있으며 삽입구의 형태는 a처럼 아래부분에 1개의 걸림부(x)만 있던 것에서 본 고안 도면 b는 하측 걸림부(z)에 상측에도 걸림부(y)를 추가하여 b-1측으로 삽입된 케이블이 다시한번 b-2 방향으로 삽입되게 된다. 체결방법 예를 보면 도면 c의 f1 결속 후 추가로 f2를 결속해야 할 경우 케이블타이를 해체 하거나 추가사용 없이 케이블을 2차 삽입하여 대상물을 결속하게 되며, 도면 d에서 같이 원거리에 대상물 g1, g2를 결속할때 대상물에 빙둘르지 않고 케이블타이 한선으로 결속하여 연결할 수 있다. 또한 삽입방향은 도면 b와 같이 b-1, b-2 2개소 이지만 실제 홀은 1개로써 단순사용 시에는 기존과 같은 방법으로 사용하는데 아무런 지장이 없다.

  1. 도면 b의 삽입구 상부에 걸림부(y)를 추가하여 기존의 b-1 방향 1개소 체결외에 b-2 방향으로 케이블을 2차 삽입하여 체결할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이
  2. 걸림부(y)는 2차 케이블 삽입방향 b-2의 반대방향으로 걸림각을 형성하여 삽입 후 탈락되지 않는것을 특징으로 하는 케이블타이
