Claims (4)
- 가스유로(12)를 역류하는 화염을 소염(消焰)시킬 수 있도록, 상기 가스유로(12)에 설치되는 역화방지기용 소염소자에 있어서,미세공극(22a)을 가지며, 상기 가스유로(12)로 역화하는 화염을 흡열하여 소염시키는 중간의 소결금속부(22)와;미세틈새(24c)를 가지며, 상기 가스유로(12)로 역화하는 화염을 흡열하여 소염시키킬 수 있도록 상기 소결금속부(22)의 양쪽부분에 고정되는 주름리본부(24)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역화방지기용 소염소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소결금속부(22)는,황동 입자, 스테인레스 입자 중 선택된 어느 하나를 고온으로 가압 소결하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 역화방지기용 소염소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주름리본부(24)는,상기 소염소자(20)의 중심으로부터 반경방향 외측으로 간격을 두고 겹겹이 배열되는 금속판체(24a)들과, 상기 금속판체(24a)들의 사이에 물결 형상으로 주름지게 설치되는 금속재질의 코루게이트 리본(Corrugate Ribbon)(24b)을 포함하는 것 을 특징으로 하는 역화방지기용 소염소자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 주름리본부(24)는,물결 형상으로 주름지게 형성된 코루게이트 리본(24b)과 평판 형태의 금속판체(24a)를 서로 밀착한 다음, 이를 필요한 직경에 맞게 여러 번 감아서 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 역화방지기용 소염소자.
