Claims (6)
- 열가소성 수지 95 내지 98.0 중량부;와 침상형 산화아연 단결정체 2.0 내지 5.0 중량부 미만을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지 및 항균성능이 우수한 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지 95 내지 97.9 중량부;와 침상형 산화아연 단결정체에 섬유상의 카본나노 물질를 균일하게 분산, 결합시킨 소재 2.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지성능 및 항균 성능이 우수한 섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 침상형 산화아연 단결정체에 섬유상의 카본나노 물질를 균일하게 분산, 결합시킨 소재는 침상형 산화아연 단결정체 2.0 내지 4.0 중량부;와 섬유상의 카본나노 물질 0.1 내지 1.0 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지성능 및 항균 성능이 우수한 섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 섬유상의 나노카본 물질은 길이가 1 ~ 10미크론미터(㎛)인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지성능 및 항균 성능이 우수한 섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 섬유상의 나노카본 물질은 카본나노튜브, 카본나노 마이크로코일 또는 기상법으로 합성된 카본나노파이버인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지성능 및 항균 성능이 우수한 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 섬유는 표면 저항치가 10E6 내지 10E9Ω/sq인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지성능 및 항균 성능이 우수한 섬유.
