Claims (7)
- 금속 중공 하우징, 상기 하우징 내벽에 부착되는 모세조직 및 상기 하우징 내부에 채워지는 공작액체를 포함하여 구성되는 항온판으로, 상기 항온판의 일표면에 하나 이상의 돌출부가 형성되어 있는 항온판;하나 이상의 홀(hole)을 구비하되, 상기 돌출부에 대응되게 천공되는 회로판; 및상기 돌출부에 대응 접촉되어 장착되는 하나 이상의 발광다이오드로, 상기 발광다이오드 각각은 상기 회로판의 두 개의 레그와 전기적으로 연결되는 발광다이오드를 포함하여 구성되는 발광다이오드 조명장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 발광다이오드 각각은 베이스부, 상기 베이스부에 위치하는 발광다이오드 결정립 및 상기 베이스부에 관통 장착되되 상기 발광다이오드 결정립과 상기 돌출부에 접촉하는 열전도 로드를 포함하여 구성되는 발광다이오드 조명장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부와 상기 열전도 로드 사이에는 열전도 주석층이 위치하는 발광다이오드 조명장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회로판은 절연층 및 상기 절연층 상방에 위치하는 전도층을 포함하여 구성되는 발광다이오드 조명장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전도층은 상기 절연층 상방으로 장착되는 동박층 및 상기 동박층의 표면에 위치하는 전도주석층을 포함하여 구성되는 발광다이오드 조명장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발광다이오드는 표면부착식 발광다이오드인 발광다이오드 조명장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 발광다이오드 각각은 직렬접속의 방식에 의해 전기적으로 연결되는 발광다이오드 조명장치.
