PURPOSE: An interior sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent air bubbles from being generated when a transparent film is adhered to a deco film layer using UV curing adhesive. CONSTITUTION: An interior sheet comprises a transparent film layer(20), a UV curing adhesion layer(30), and a deco film layer(10). The transparent film layer, the UV curing adhesion layer, and the deco film layer are successively loaded. A coating layer is loaded on the exposed surface of the transparent film layer.
