The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet and a construction method thereof, and in detail, it is possible to prevent tearing and bursting of the waterproof layer due to cracking and torsion due to shrinkage and expansion of a concrete structure in which the waterproofing layer is formed, and is embedded in the bottom of the pressed concrete. It relates to a construction method of the waterproof sheet that can restore the broken portion automatically in the waterproof sheet itself even if a portion of the waterproof layer is broken and torn.
The rubberized asphalt waterproof sheet, which is widely used, is a product that can easily secure a stable waterproof layer with a certain thickness, but there is no suggestion, but it is an unfinished work that can not be safely installed by skilled workers. have. That is, the typical problem of the rubberized asphalt waterproof sheet is as follows.
First of all, the self-adhesive waterproof sheet that removes the release paper and attaches the waterproof sheet with self-adhesive power is considered to be convenient and well-adhesive.However, the peeling component is fine on the surface of the rubberized asphalt sheet of the release sheet. It has been applied so that it remains, but when a certain time elapses, it causes a side effect of peeling off the waterproof layer.
In addition, even in the construction method where the rubberized asphalt waterproof sheet is melted with a gas torch, it does not appear at the time of construction, but minute holes are generated due to shrinkage as the heat cools down or as time passes. It also causes a critical defect problem after the fact.
Therefore, the above problems occur frequently, avoiding these sheets waterproofing.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof layer due to cracking and warping due to shrinkage and expansion of the concrete structure (including the corner portion adjacent to the bottom and vertical surface) is formed waterproof layer It is to provide a waterproof sheet having an improved structure that can prevent tearing and bursting.
The present invention also provides a waterproof sheet of an improved structure that does not generate a minute hole that causes the waterproof sheet in the waterproof sheet even if the waterproof sheet is melted by a gas torch attached to the concrete surface.
The present invention also provides a method of constructing a waterproof sheet that can restore the broken portion automatically in the waterproof sheet itself even if a portion of the embedded waterproof layer bursts and tears.
In order to achieve the above object, in one embodiment of the present invention, a rubberized asphalt waterproofing layer is formed on each of the upper and lower surfaces of the center base on which the polyester nonwoven fabric and the aluminum foil are laminated, and the outer side of the upper and lower rubberized asphalt waterproofing layers, respectively. A skin layer coated with silica is formed, and one side of the upper rubberized asphalt waterproofing layer is provided with a waterproof sheet having an overlapping portion in which a skin layer is not formed with a width of 10 cm.
The present invention also provides a method for forming a waterproof layer on the surface of the concrete structure using the waterproof sheet, applying a primer to the surface of the concrete structure; Applying a coating waterproofing agent on the applied primer; Spreading and attaching a waterproof sheet from one side to an upper surface of the coating waterproofing agent, wherein the adjacent waterproof sheets are overlapped so that one side of the adjacent waterproof sheet overlaps the overlapping portion; Provides a waterproof sheet construction method comprising a.
Waterproof sheet according to another embodiment of the present invention is a rubberized asphalt waterproofing layer is formed on each of the upper and lower surfaces of the polyester base non-woven fabric and aluminum foil laminated, respectively, the upper and lower rubberized asphalt waterproofing layer is coated with silica sand, respectively The outer skin layer is formed, the overlap portion formed on one side of the upper rubberized asphalt waterproofing layer is continuously formed along the longitudinal direction of the waterproof sheet in a state spaced apart from the outer side of the waterproof sheet to about 10 cm inward, the lower rubberized asphalt The waterproof sheet is provided on both the left and right sides of the waterproof layer, the overlapped portion of which the skin layer is not formed in a width of about 10 cm is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the waterproof sheet.
The present invention also provides a method of forming a waterproof layer on the surface of the concrete structure using the above two types of waterproof sheet, comprising: applying a primer to the surface of the concrete structure; Attaching the first waterproof sheet to the surface of the cured concrete structure using a film waterproofing agent to form a first waterproof layer by overlapping the adjacent waterproof sheets; Spread the second waterproof sheet on the first waterproofing layer to attach the overlapping portion on the first waterproofing layer which is not formed on the first waterproofing layer, but the adjacent waterproof sheet is adjacent to the upper portion of the waterproofing sheet between the adjacent waterproofing sheets. Self-attaching to overlap the overlapping portion of the to form a chaebol waterproof layer; Provides a waterproof sheet construction method comprising a.
The present invention also relays the waterproof sheet on the upper side while pouring and spreading the rubberized asphalt film waterproofing agent having fluidity in the space between the lower portion of the chaebol waterproof layer and the upper portion of the primary waterproof layer in the second waterproof sheet construction method. By overlapping in this way, it provides a waterproof sheet construction method that can be restored by magnetic force upon destruction of the first waterproofing layer or the chaebol waterproofing layer.
Since the waterproof sheet of the present invention basically uses a center base bonded to a nonwoven fabric and an aluminum foil, it is possible to prevent tearing and bursting of the waterproof layer due to cracking and warping due to shrinkage and expansion of the concrete structure in which the waterproof layer is formed, and general rubber. As the fine cracks generated during the construction of the asphalt waterproof sheet are not caused by aluminum foil, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the waterproofing performance, and the waterproof layer buried under the pressed concrete by the gel coating waterproofing agent applied between the first waterproofing layer and the chaebol waterproofing layer. Even if a part of the bursting and tearing can automatically restore the damaged part in the waterproof sheet itself has a useful effect to improve the waterproof performance and to provide a waterproof layer excellent in durability and weather resistance.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, preferred embodiments that do not limit the present invention will be described in detail.
Figure 1 shows a waterproof sheet (S) according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rubber non-woven fabric (1) and the aluminum foil (2) on the upper and lower surfaces of the central substrate (3), respectively, laminated
In the present invention, the polyester nonwoven fabric 1 uses 140 g /
In addition, the thickness of the rubberized asphalt waterproofing layer (4,5) is used to form a thickness of 2,5 ~ 4mm, the silica sand is sensitive to heat, when heated by a gas torch, the rubberized asphalt waterproof liquid is easily melted and bonded easily. In addition, the reason for forming the silica sand layer is that the cement adhesion is easy by directly applying cement mortar without the need for a separate waterproof layer protective material after waterproof construction.
The waterproof layer shown in FIG. 1 is preferably about 1 m wide and the length is continuously manufactured to a sufficient length to be rolled around and transported.
2 is a view illustrating a state in which the waterproof sheet S shown in FIG. 1 is constructed. In the drawing,
In the construction process shown in FIG. 2, the coating
In addition, since a small amount of a release agent may be attached to the
In the waterproof sheet and its construction method according to the embodiment described above, since the waterproof sheet uses a center base bonded to a nonwoven fabric and an aluminum foil, it prevents the occurrence of waterproof defects due to micropores that may occur in the waterproofing layer of rubberized asphalt when heated by gas torch. The aluminum foil can be flexibly stretched according to temperature change, thereby minimizing bursting or cracking, and can also increase the thermal insulation performance of the waterproof sheet.
Figure 3 shows a waterproof sheet (S ') according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the basic laminated structure is the same as the waterproof sheet (S) shown in Figure 1, that is, polyester nonwoven fabric (1) and aluminum Rubberized
In the waterproof sheet S 'according to the present embodiment, an
4 illustrates a state in which a waterproof layer is formed on the
In FIG. 4, a space is not attached to each other between the waterproof sheet S constituting the first waterproofing layer and the waterproof sheet S ′ constituting the chaebol waterproofing layer. Shrinkage and expansion are possible along the longitudinal direction.
FIG. 5 illustrates another construction method of forming a waterproof layer on the surface of the
4 and 5 are attached to the waterproof layer by the construction method shown in the construction method, that is, the surface of the concrete structure using a coating film waterproofing agent, and only the overlapped portion is attached to the first waterproof layer without bonding the conglomerate waterproof layer as a whole. The reason why the space is overlapped is that a crack (crack) inevitably occurs in the concrete structure. At this time, the first waterproofing layer, that is, the waterproof sheet (S), is cracked or torn together with the crack of the concrete structure. The waterproof sheet (S ') is only attached to each other and overlapping parts are not attached to each other, so the waterproof sheet (S') increases when the concrete is cracked, so that the waterproof layer is not destroyed. As shown in FIG. 5, the gel

FIG. 6 is a view illustrating a state in which the pressed
The waterproof
