Claims (10)
- 증발부 및 응축부 사이를 작동유체가 순환하는 경로를 가진 차량용 공조장치에 있어서,열전모듈의 일측과 열 접촉하는 증발부와, 상기 증발부의 일단에 형성된 액상챔버 및 상기 증발부의 타단에 형성된 기상챔버를 갖는 제1 열교환부;상기 열전모듈의 타 측과 열 접촉하는 히트싱크를 갖는 제2 열교환부;상기 기상챔버와 상기 응축부 사이에 설치되어 순환경로 상에 압력차를 발생시켜 작동유체를 순환시키는 진공부; 및상기 응축부와 상기 액상챔버 사이에 설치되어 상기 응축부(500)를 순환하는 작동유체를 이송시키는 펌핑부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 증발부는 상기 기상챔버와 상기 액상챔버 사이에서 상기 액상챔버에 수용된 액상 작동유체를 모세관력에 의해 상기 기상챔버로 이송시키는 복수의 이송채널을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 열전모듈의 고온부는 상기 증발부와 열 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 열교환부의 일면은 상기 열전모듈의 저온부와 열 접촉하며, 상기 제2열교환부의 타면은 상기 히트싱크와 열 접촉되고, 상기 히트싱크는 돌출형성된 복수의 돌기부가 상호 이격 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 진공부는 진공처리된 중공체로 이루어지며, 상기 중공체의 일측에는 상기 기상챔버에 연통형성된 유입부가 형성되고, 상기 중공체의 타측에는 응축부와 연통형성된 유출부가 구비되어 작동유체의 내부 순환경로상에 압력차를 발생시켜, 상기 제1열교환부에서 발생된 기체가 응축부로 이송될 수 있도록 구동력을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 진공부는 진공처리를 위한 진공밸브가 상기 중공체의 일측에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 펌핑부는 베인펌프, 원심펌프, 축류펌프 또는 마그네틱 펌프 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
- 증발부 및 응축부 사이를 작동유체가 순환하는 경로를 가진 차량용 공조장치에 있어서,상기 증발부의 양측면에 서로 대향되는 위치에 각각 설치되어 상기 증발부와 열 접촉하는 열전모듈과, 상기 증발부의 일단에 형성된 액상챔버 및 상기 증발부의 타단에 형성된 기상챔버를 갖는 제1열교환부;상기 열전모듈의 타 측과 열 접촉하는 히트싱크를 갖는 제2열교환부; 및상기 증발부와 상기 응축부 사이의 순환경로 상에 설치되어 압력차에 의해 작동유체를 순환시키는 진공부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 열전모듈의 고온부는 상기 증발부와 열 접촉되고, 상기 열전모듈의 저온부는 상기 히트싱크에 열 접촉되며, 상기 히트싱크는 돌출형성된 복수의 돌기부 가 상호 이격 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 히트싱크의 일 측에는 송풍팬이 구비되고, 타측에는 에어덕트가 구비되어, 송풍팬에 의해 히트싱크를 통과한 공기가 에어덕트를 통해 차량 실내로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 응축부와 상기 액상챔버의 경로 상에는 일측이 상기 응축부와 연통되고 타측이 상기 액상챔버와 연통되는 작동유체 저장조가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈이 구비된 차량용 공조장치.
