Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a screw.
Generally, screws have continuous spiral grooves or threads along the circumference of the cylindrical screw shaft and are used for machine manufacturing, which are classified into various types according to the shape of the screw heads and the threads.
In the case of assembling electronic products, the screw is inserted into the through hole for fastening formed on one side of the case, which is the base material, in order to fasten the front and rear cases, and then assembled by rotating the screw several times. do. At this time, the screw thread formed in the longitudinal direction of the screw makes a screw thread on the inner wall surface of the fastening through-hole, and the screw thread formed on the inner wall of the screw thread and the thread is engaged with each other.
In addition, the screw according to the prior art includes a screw head, a screw shaft extending in a cylindrical shape on one side of the screw head, and a screw thread formed continuously along the outer circumference of the screw shaft. Here, the screw shaft is formed so that one end is extended from the screw head, the other end is smaller in diameter.
However, in the conventional screw configured as described above, in the process of inserting and fastening the screw into the fastening through-hole, there is no separate guide means for correcting the advancing direction of the screw. Insertion is inclined, not in agreement with the direction of the center axis of the fastening through-hole, so that the screw is not fastened accurately, there is a problem in that the case is discarded because the fastening force is reduced despite the reuse.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the screw inserted into the through hole for fastening is normally fastened to the through hole to secure the maximum fastening force, and is not damaged in the process of detachment of the thread formed in the base material. Therefore, it is to provide a screw that can maintain the initial tightening force between the screw and the base material in spite of repeated tightening.
A screw according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a screw head, a screw shaft extended to one side of the screw head, and one end of which is formed from an outer circumference of a screw shaft at one end of the screw shaft adjacent to the screw head. And a guide thread portion formed from an outer circumference of the screw shaft adjacent to the other end of the fastening thread portion, wherein an outer diameter of the guide thread portion is smaller than an outer diameter of the fastening thread portion. The thread of the guide thread portion is either a trapezoidal screw or a round screw.
The guide thread portion may be two to four threads.
The thread of the guide thread portion may be formed to have a smaller outer diameter of the thread as it approaches one end of the screw shaft.
The other end of the screw shaft may be curved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, since the screw inserted into the fastening through-hole formed in the base material is guided to coincide with the direction of the central axis of the fastening through-hole, the fastening is normally completed, thereby completing the maximum fastening force. There is an advantage to be secured.
In addition, when removing the screw fastened to the base material and then tightening again, the screw thread formed on the base material is not damaged even in a repeated detachment process, so that the first fastening force between the screw and the base material can be maintained despite the repeated fastening. There is.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art may easily implement the present invention. As those skilled in the art would realize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Like parts are designated by like reference numerals throughout the specification.
Then, a screw according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 2.

On the other hand, a guide member having a predetermined length is attached to the end of the screw shaft as a guide means for correcting the traveling direction of the screw can be used. However, in the case of the rectangular guide means, when the screw is removed and reused, the screw thread formed on the base material may be damaged when the screw is first combined with the screw during the removal process, and thus the tightening force may be reduced when the screw is reused. .
And, with respect to the fastening operation applying the screw according to an embodiment of the present invention, it will be described with reference to Figs.
