JIG FOR UNLOADING VALVE {JIG FOR UNLOADING VALVE}

The present invention relates to an unloading valve, and more particularly, to a jig for an unloading valve that separates a support portion supporting a piston from a main body and is combined with a separation portion to reuse the separated support portion.

In general, a steel mill is used to grapple (grapple) for picking up and moving various scraps. Such grapples are used in cranes, hoists or vehicles.

The crane is mainly composed of a rotatable swing, a main boom hinged to the end of the swing, an outer boom coupled to the end of the main boom and rotatably installed and an extension boom removably installed on the outer boom. A grapple composed of a plurality of tongs is installed on the rotator installed at the end of the extension boom.

Grapple is a gripping mechanism that is used to grab scraps such as scrap metal, and when loading and unloading, and a plurality of tongs are installed radially. These tongs are retracted as the hydraulic pressure acts on each other to generate a gripping force, and when the hydraulic pressure is removed, the gripping force is released to release scrap metal.

The tongs are provided with a hydraulic cylinder for inducing and unfolding them and an unloading valve for controlling the hydraulic cylinder. The unloading valve is configured to selectively open and close the flow path according to an electric signal to control the movement of the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder.

On the other hand, the unloading valve has a built-in piston for opening and closing the flow path while moving in accordance with the electrical signal, it is provided with a support for supporting such a piston. The support part is provided with an O-ring to prevent leakage of oil to be pressed into the unloading valve body.

When the piston of the conventional unloading valve is damaged or the O-ring is worn, it is necessary to separate the support from the unloading valve body.

To disassemble the support, first, the disassembly rod is welded to the support, and then the operator pulls the disassembly rod to separate the press-fitted support from the unloading valve body.

However, since the support and the disassembly rod are joined by welding, there is a problem that the support is separated and then cannot be reused.

And, in the process of separating the support for the piston replacement, the operator usually repeats the operation of pulling the disassembly rod several times, the flow of the support is generated for a long time. As a result, excessive contact between the O-ring and the main body may cause the O-ring to be broken.

Therefore, there is a need for improvement.

The present invention has been made to improve the above problems, and relates to a jig for an unloading valve that can be reused even if the support is separated, and suppresses the damage of the normal O-ring during the support detachment process.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a coupling portion having one end fastened to a screw hole formed in the support portion; And it provides a jig for an unloading valve comprising a handle portion provided in the coupling portion.

The coupling portion is characterized in that the impact member for separating the support portion by the impact force.

The impact member is a shock impingement sliding in the coupling portion; And an impact generating unit provided at the other end of the coupling unit and colliding with the impact adding unit.

Jig for the unloading valve according to the present invention is screwed with the support, there is an effect that the support is separated from the body and then reused.

Jig for the unloading valve according to the present invention by the impact force is applied to the engaging portion to pull the support, there is an effect that allows the operator to remove the support from the body with less force.

The jig for unloading valve according to the present invention has an effect of preventing the O-ring from being damaged by reducing the contact time between the O-ring and the main body provided on the outer circumferential surface of the support part by the impact force acting for a short time during the support part separation process.
