Description

Packaging with integrated hologram using gravure printing machine and its manufacturing method {Packaging with Integrated Hologram using Gravure Printing Presses and the Method

The present invention relates to a wrapping paper having a unitary hologram using a gravure printing machine for attaching a hologram immediately after gravure printing to produce a wrapping paper, and a manufacturing method thereof.

In general, gravure printing uses a plurality of color printing units having ink cylinders of different colors so that each color is printed while the film passes through each color printing unit. Such gravure printing is not only able to print on thin papers or flexible films, but also has excellent color reproduction, and is widely used for printing on wrapping paper.

In addition, the packaging uses a lot of holograms to emphasize the advertising effect of the product or the logo of the company. This hologram is attached to a predetermined hologram attachment position when designing a wrapping paper. In particular, the hologram attachment position does not perform color printing during gravure printing.

Such a conventional hologram-attached wrapping paper has the following problems during manufacture.

1) If the attachment position is out of the way when attaching the hologram, it leads to the defect of the wrapping paper, which reduces the productivity.

2) In particular, the failure rate of the wrapping paper becomes higher since the defect is made in the process of manufacturing the wrapping paper after gravi printing on the film.

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and by attaching the hologram immediately during rewinding the gravure-printed film, the hologram can be accurately attached to the hologram attaching position and the wrapping paper can be manufactured through a uniform process. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wrapping paper and a manufacturing method having an integrated hologram using a gravure printing machine.

Method for producing a wrapping paper having an integrated hologram using a gravure printing machine according to the present invention for achieving this object,

A first step (S300) for gravure printing using a plurality of color printing units (100a ~ 100n) on the film 200, except for each hologram seat surface 210 and the sealing portion 220;

A second step (S200) of applying an adhesive to each hologram seat surface (210) using the ink cylinder (110n) of the color printing unit (100n);

A third step (S300) of pressing hologram paper 300 and pressing them side by side while supplying the hologram paper 300 in parallel with the film 200 so that the hologram 310 overlaps each of the hologram seat surfaces 210;

A fourth step (S400) of attaching the hologram 310 on the film 200 by heat-sealing the adhesive using a heating means 400;

A fifth step (S500) of separating and rewinding the release paper 320 of the hologram paper 300 while rewinding the film 200 to the film rewinder 500 '; And

And cutting the film 200 based on the sealing part 220, and then attaching the sealing part 220 to the other edge (S600).

In addition, the film 200 is characterized in that the heat-shrinkable film, the heat-shrinkable film is characterized in that the film made of PVC, PE, PP, PVDC, PS, OPS, PET or rubber hydrochloric acid.

On the other hand, the present invention includes a wrapping paper produced by the manufacturing method of the wrapping paper having an integrated hologram using the above-described gravure printing machine.

According to the present invention, the following effects are obtained.

1) Since the hologram is attached during rewinding after gravure printing, the hologram can be accurately attached to the hologram seat, which not only improves work efficiency but also significantly reduces the defective rate.

2) Since the manufacturing process of wrapping paper is done uniformly, working efficiency can be further improved.

Hereinafter, the structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 is a flowchart for explaining a manufacturing method according to the present invention, Figure 2 is a schematic diagram showing a manufacturing apparatus for explaining a manufacturing method according to the present invention. In Fig. 2, reference numerals denote a roll for the purpose of changing the direction or the like.

The present invention allows the hologram 310 to be attached to the film 200 before the gravure printed film 200 is wound on the film rewinder 500 'while sequentially passing through the plurality of color printing units 100a to 100n. It consists of six steps as follows.

Here, for convenience of description, a manufacturing apparatus for explaining the manufacturing method according to the present invention will be briefly described with reference to FIG. 2 as follows.

The manufacturing apparatus of the present invention comprises a gravure printing machine. That is, a plurality of color printing units 100a to 100n for printing various pre-selected colors, a film winder 500 on which the film 200 is wound, and a film rewinder 500 'for rewinding the printed film 200. )

In the manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, a first paper roller 700a and a second paper roller 700b are provided between the final color printing unit 100n and the film rewinder 500 '. These first and second paper rollers (700a, 700b) is to serve to convey while overlapping and pressing the film 200 and the hologram paper 300 to be described later.

In addition, the manufacturing apparatus of the present invention is provided with a heating means 400 between the first and second paper rollers (700a, 700b). The heating means 400 is used to thermally fusion the hologram 310 press-fitted by the first paper roller 700a.

The configuration and operation of the manufacturing apparatus of the present invention will be described in more detail in the manufacturing method described below. In addition, in FIG. 2, the ink cylinders 110a to 110n are provided in each of the color printing units 100a to 100n, and typically, the ink cylinders 110n only in the final color unit 100n for convenience of description. Is shown.

The first step (S100) is a step of performing gravure printing on the film 200. Gravure printing is performed by a plurality of color printing units (100a ~ 100n). The number of color printing units 100a to 100n at this time is determined according to the chromaticity. Each color printing unit 100a to 100n is provided with ink cylinders 110a to 100n for printing respective colors. In addition, although not shown in Figure 2, the color printing units (100a ~ 100n) is provided with a heater (not shown) for curing the ink printed in each ink cylinder (110a ~ 100n).

In the gravure printing, as the film 200 is unwound from the film winder 500, the color selected in each of the color printing units 100a to 100n is printed through the ink cylinders 110a to 110n. Such gravure printing is made by conventional techniques, and its detailed description is omitted here.

In addition, in the first step (S100), as shown in FIG. 3, the film 200 is printed on the holographic seat surface 210 and the sealing unit 220 which are predetermined at the time of designing, such that gravure printing is not performed. Here, the hologram seat surface 210 refers to a place where the hologram 310 to be described later is attached, and the sealing unit 220 serves as a reference for cutting each wrapping paper individually as a reference for cutting the film 200.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wrapping paper according to the present invention is a wrapping paper wrapped in a container, it is preferable to use a heat-shrinkable film as the film 200 for this. In particular, it is preferable to use a film made of PVC, PE, PP, PVDC, PS, OPS, PET or rubber hydrochloric acid, which is easy to manufacture and easily controls the heating temperature of the heat-shrinkable film.

The second step S200 is a step of applying an adhesive to the hologram seat surface 210. The adhesive is applied using the ink cylinder 110n. That is, the adhesive is applied to the ink cylinder 110n of the last color printing unit 100n among the color printing units 100a to 100n in place of the printing ink at the position corresponding to the hologram seat surface 210. Accordingly, when the film 200 passes through the color printing unit 100n, the adhesive is applied to the hologram seat surface 210.

The third step (S300) is a step of laminating the hologram paper 300 and the film 200 while pressing. Here, as shown in FIG. 4, the hologram 310 is temporarily attached to one surface of the release paper 320 and wound around the hologram winder 600. In FIG. 4, the dotted line is for illustrating a position corresponding to the sealing part 220, and is for easily explaining the attachment position of the hologram seat surface 210 and the hologram 310.

The film 200 and the hologram paper 300 are supplied side by side to the first paper roller 700a. At this time, the hologram 300 is supplied so that the hologram 310 faces the hologram seat surface 210 of the film 200.

Accordingly, the hologram paper 300 is pressed while overlapping the film 200 as it passes through the first paper roller 700a. Therefore, each hologram 310 temporarily attached to the release paper 320 is attached to the hologram seat surface 210 to which the adhesive is applied.

Then, the laminated film 200 and the hologram paper 300 is moved to the second lamination roller 700b through the first lamination roller 700a in a pressurized state.

The fourth step S400 is a step of attaching the hologram 310 to the hologram seat surface 210. To this end, the heating means 400 is provided between the first paper roller 700a and the second paper roller 700b.

Heating means 400 is for thermally bonding the adhesive, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention can be used a UV heater. In addition, the heating means 400 may be installed to be positioned above or below the film 200. However, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the heating means 400 is preferably installed on the back of the film 200, that is, the side where the hologram 300 is not attached. This is because the hologram 310 may reflect UV. That is, when UV is irradiated on the surface of the hologram paper 300, since more heat is applied to the hologram 310 than the portion to which the hologram 310 is attached, the adhesive applied to the back surface of the hologram 310 is difficult to thermally fuse well. do. Therefore, it is preferable to mount the heating means 400 on the back surface of the film 200 so that UV can be irradiated to the adhesive part well.

The fifth step S500 is a step of separating and rewinding the release paper 320 while rewinding the film 200. Here, the film 200 is wound on the film rewinder 500 '. The release paper 320 is wound around the holographic rewinder 600 ′. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the holographic rewinder 600 'is preferably mounted between the second lamination roller 700b and the film rewinder 500'. This is to separate the release paper 320 before substantially rewinding the film 200 for manufacturing the wrapping paper.

The sixth step S600 is a step of cutting the film 200 and then sealing it. Here, the film 200 is cut based on the sealing unit 220. That is, it is to be cut to have a sealing portion 220 on one side edge of each cut wrapping paper. And, the attachment of the wrapping paper is to wrap the wrapping paper to attach the rim of the packager facing the sealing portion 220 to make a cylindrical shape. Such cutting and sealing of the film 200 are generally made in the art to which the present technology pertains, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted herein.

On the other hand, the present invention includes a wrapping paper having an integrated hologram using a gravure printing machine manufactured by the above-described method.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to one embodiment shown in the drawings, this is merely exemplary, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent other embodiments are possible therefrom. Therefore, the true technical protection scope of the present invention will be defined by the technical spirit of the appended claims.
