Claims (8)
- a) 마이크로캡슐을 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 마이크로캡슐을 중합, 가교하여 IPN(interpenetrating polymer network) 하이드로젤을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조되는 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계의 마이크로캡슐은 폴리비닐알콜(poly vinyl alcohol) 및 폴리 N-아이소프로필아크릴아미드(poly N-isopropylacrylamide)를 포함하는 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계는 폴리비닐알콜(poly vinyl alcohol) 및 폴리 N-아이소프로필아크릴아미드(poly N-isopropylacrylamide)를 가교제와 반응시켜 제조하는 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 가교제는 글루타르알데하이드(glutaraldehyde), N,N'-메틸렌-비스-아크릴아미드(N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide), N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸 에틸렌다이아 민(N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl ethylene diamine) 및 에틸렌글리콜다이메타크릴레이트(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 또는 2종 이상 선택되는 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계는 마이크로캡슐에 폴리비닐알콜(poly vinyl alcohol) 및 비닐계 단량체의 혼합 수용액을 투입하여 IPN 구조를 제공하는 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 비닐계 단량체는 아크릴산(acrylic acid), 메타크릴산(methacrylic acid), 메타크릴아미드(methacryl amide), 하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트(hydroxyethyl methacrylate), 그리시딜아크릴레이트(glycidyl acrylate), 시나믹 산(cinnamic acid), 비닐피롤리돈(vinylpyrrolidone) 및 메틸메타크릴레이트(methyl meta acrylate)에서 선택되는 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 온도 및 pH 감응형 하이드로젤을 약물 담체로 사용한 약물전달제.
