Claims (5)
- 용융로의 배출구와 인접되게 설치되며, 상기 배출구를 통하여 배출되는 용융상태의 슬래그를 냉각시키는 것과 동시에 압착하여 입자형태의 슬래그를 생성시키는 냉각압착유닛을 포함하는 슬래그제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉각압착유닛은,내부에 제1유로가 형성되는 제1롤러;상기 제1롤러와 인접되게 설치되고 내부에 제2유로가 형성되는 제2롤러;상기 제1롤러의 제1유로 및 상기 제2롤러의 제2유로로 냉각유체를 공급하는 냉각유체공급장치;상기 제1롤러 및 상기 제2롤러를 회전시키는 회전장치를 포함하는 슬래그제조장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉각압착유닛의 일측에 설치되어 상기 냉각압착유닛을 통과하는 슬래그에 분체를 분사하는 분체분사유닛을 더 포함하는 슬래그제조장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 냉각압착유닛의 하측에 설치되어 상기 냉각압착유닛을 통과한 슬래그의 이동을 안내하는 가이드부재를 더 포함하는 슬래그제조장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 용융로의 배출구에 인접되도록 설치되어 상기 배출구를 통과하는 용융상태의 슬래그의 온도를 조절하는 온도조절장치를 더 포함하는 슬래그제조장치.
