Claims (5)
- 도전사의 박음질이 가능한 도전성 패드(10)를 준비하는 패드 준비공정(S1 단계)와; 상기 도전성 패드(10)의 두께가 얇은 중앙부에 RFID 태그칩(20)을 부착하는 태그칩 부착공정(S2) 및; 상기 태그칩 부착공정(S2)을 거친 도전성 패드(10)를 섬유(31) 상에 위치시켜 도전성 패드(10) 부분을 도전사(40; 導電絲)로 박음질하여 도전사가 RFID 안테나 패턴을 이루도록 하는 안테나 패턴 형성공정(S3 단계)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전사 섬유태그 안테나의 RFID 칩 부착방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 패드 준비공정(S1 단계)에서 준비되는 도전성 패드(10)는 도전성을 가지면서 도전사로 박음질 할 수 있는 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전사 섬유태그 안테나의 RFID 칩 부착방법.
- 절연성 패드(10')에 RFID 태그칩(20)이 부착될 수 있는 패턴을 준비하는 패턴준비공정(S10 단계)과; 상기 패턴준비공정(S10 단계)에서 준비한 패턴의 중앙부에 RFID 태그칩(20)을 부착하는 태그칩 부착공정(S11 단계)과; 상기 태그칩 부착공정(S11 단계)에서 RFID 태그칩(20)이 실장된 절연성 패드(10')의 상부면에 집게수단(30)의 전도성 패드가 RFID 태그칩(20)에 접속하도록 집게수단(30)을 부착하는 집게부착공정(S12 단계)과; 섬유(31)에 도전사(40; 導電絲)로 박음질하여 도전사가 RFID 안테나 패턴을 이루도록 하는 안테나 패턴 형성공정(S13 단계)과; 상기 RFID 안테나 패턴의 중앙부에 상기 집게수단(30)의 삽입핀(30a)을 끼워 고정하는 태그칩 설치공정(S14 단계) 및; 상기 RFID 태그칩(20)과 집게수단(30)의 상부면에 보호제(50)를 도포하는 보호제 도포공정(S15 단계)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전사 섬유태그 안테나의 RFID 칩 부착방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 패턴준비공정(S10 단계)에서 준비되는 절연성 패드(10')는 절연성을 가지는 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전사 섬유태그 안테나의 RFID 칩 부착방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 집게부착공정(S12 단계)에서 사용하는 집게수단(30)은 집게수단(30)은 중앙에 RFID 태그칩(20)이 부착할 수 있는 전도성 패드가 형성되어 있는 것으로서, 금속판의 측면이 수직 하향으로 연장되어 단부가 뾰족한 다수의 삽입핀(30a)을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전사 섬유태그 안테나의 RFID 칩 부착방법.
