Claims (6)
- 백라이트 장치용 광학 시트에 있어서,베이스 필름의 상면에 다수개의 렌티큘러 패턴(Lenticular Pattern)이 평행하게 형성되고,상기 렌티큘러 패턴의 상면에 프리즘 패턴(Prism Pattern)이 각인되어,빛의 확산 및 집광을 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 렌티큘러 패턴은 폭(W1)이 20㎛ ≤ W1 ≤ 80㎛ 이고, 높이(H1)가 상기 폭(W1)에 대하여 W1/4 ≤ H1 ≤ W1/2 이며, 간격(P)이 상기 렌티큘러 패턴의 폭(W1)에 대하여 W1 ≤ P ≤ 1.5W1 로 형성되고,상기 프리즘 패턴은 골의 내각(θ)이 70°≤ θ ≤ 120°이고, 깊이(D1)가 상기 렌티큘러 패턴의 높이에 대하여 H1/4 ≤ D1 ≤ H1/2 로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 렌티큘러 패턴은 간격(P)이 1.2W1 < P ≤ 1.5W1 인 경우에는, 상기 렌티큘러 패턴 사이에 폭(W2)이 W2 = P - W1 이고, 높이(H2)가 상기 프리즘 패턴의 깊이(D1)에 대하여 D1 ≤ H2 ≤ D1/2 인 실린더 패턴(Cylinder Pattern)이 상기 렌티큘러 패턴과 평행하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 베이스 필름의 하면에 곡률반경(R)이 15㎛ ≤ R ≤ 45㎛ 이고, 높이(H3)가 5㎛ ≤ H3 ≤ 20㎛ 인 다수개의 마이크로렌즈 패턴(Micro Lens Pattern)이 랜덤(Random)하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 베이스 필름의 하면에 폭(W3)이 10㎛ ≤ W3 ≤ 50㎛ 이고, 높이(H4)가 상기 폭(W3)에 대하여 W3/4 ≤ H4 ≤ W3/2 인 실린더 패턴이 연속적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 베이스 필름의 하측에 Wet out 현상을 방지하기 위한 매트(Matt) 층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 시트.
