Claims (6)
- 발전기의 회전자(150)와 고정자(160)의 공극유지상태를 측정하도록 하는 공극검출센서(110);상기 공극검출센서(110)를 발전기에 고정하도록 하는 고정부재; 및상기 공극검출센서(110)에 의해 측정된 값을 외부에 표시하도록 하는 인디케이터(100);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전기 공극감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공극감시장치는 상기 인디케이터(100)에 연결되어 상기 공극검출센서(110)에 의해 측정된 공극값에 따라 발전기의 회전자(150)와 고정자(160)의 분해조립작업의 제어를 행하도록 하는 PC(140)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전기 공극감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공극검출센서(110)는 LVDT(linear variable differential transformer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 발전기 공극감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정부재는 마그네틱 베이스(120)와 행거폴(130)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발전기 공극감시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 마그네틱 베이스(120)는,발전기의 고정자에 결합되어지는 베이스부(121);상기 베이스부(121)에 고정되어 있는 고정바(122);상기 고정바(122) 상에서 상하로 이동 및 고정하도록 구성되어 있는 연결바(124); 및상기 연결바(124)의 한 면에 행거폴(130)의 고정을 행하도록 형성된 폴고정부(124);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발전기 공극감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공극검출센서(110)는 발전기의 회전자와 고정자의 공극유지상태를 검출하기 위해, 발전기의 상하좌우 4 방향 모두에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전기 공극감시장치.
