Claims (3)
- 원통형 규조류 분말(Diatom) 37 ∼ 71중량%, 고해도가 450 ∼ 500㎖ CFS(캐나다 표준 여수도)인 면화 A 12 ∼ 46중량%, 고해도가 510 ∼ 560㎖ CFS인 면화 B 12 ∼ 46중량% 및 고해도가 290 ∼ 350㎖ CFS인 아라미드 섬유 5 ∼ 27중량%로 구성되는 초지 원료와 초지원료 중량에 대하여 1 ∼ 20중량%의 충전재(규조토/그라파이트)를 사용하여 초지공정을 행한 다음, 노볼락(novolac : phenol formaldehyde) 타입의 페놀 수지와 알코올을 혼합하여 함침공정을 행하고 압착(squeezing)을 행한 후, 건조 경화시켜 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재.
