Description
Claims (9)
- LED 점등체가 내장 결합되어 방열 기능을 수행하는 방열판과 일체로 형성된 프레임;상기 방열판 상에 부착되며, LED 패키지와 접속되는 접속단자를 양단에 형성시킨 LED 점등체;상기 프레임에 고정되어 상기 LED 점등체로부터 발산되는 광을 투과시키는 커버; 및상기 프레임에 결합되어 LED 점등체에 형성된 접속단자와 접속되는 단자가 형성되어 있으며, 타 LED 조명등에 형성된 커넥터와 결합될 수 있도록 프레임 양단에 결합되는 암커넥터와 수커넥터로 이루어진 커넥터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중접속용 커넥터를 갖는 LED 조명등.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 LED 점등체는, 회로가 인쇄된 PCB와, 상기 PCB에 실장된 LED 패키지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다중접속용 커넥터를 갖는 LED 조명등.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 LED 점등체는 다수개로 분리되어 제조되며, 다수의 LED 점등체는 접속단자로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중접속용 커넥터를 갖는 LED 조명등.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 LED 점등체 각각은,전원공급부로부터 전달된 전압을 승압시키는 전해콘덴서;상기 LED 패키지에서 필요로 하는 전류값을 조절하는 제1저항 내지 제3저항;상기 제1저항 내지 제3저항에 대응하는 PWM(PULSE WIDTH MODULATION) 제어를 통해 출력 전류량을 조절하는 IC칩; 및상기 IC칩 출력단과 LED 패키지에 접속된 코일로 이루어진 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중접속용 커넥터를 갖는 LED 조명등.
- LED 점등체가 내장 결합되어 방열 기능을 수행함과 아울러, LED 점등체에 형성된 커넥터 영역에 홀을 형성시키고, 그 이면에 하네스 수납공간을 형성시킨 방열판과 일체로 형성된 프레임;상기 방열판 상에 부착되며, LED 조명등 간 접속을 위한 커넥터를 형성시킨 LED 점등체;상기 프레임에 고정되어 상기 LED 점등체로부터 발산되는 광을 투과시키는 커버; 및타 LED 조명등에 형성된 캡과 결합될 수 있도록 프레임 양단에 결합되는 암형캡과 수형캡으로 이루어진 캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중접속용 커넥터를 갖는 LED 조명등.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 LED 점등체는, 회로가 인쇄된 PCB와, 상기 PCB에 실장된 LED 패키지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다중접속용 커넥터를 갖는 LED 조명등.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 LED 점등체는 다수개로 분리되어 제조되며, 다수의 LED 점등체 중 양단에 배치되는 LED 점등체에 커넥터를 형성시키며, 나머지 LED 점등체는 접속단자로 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중접속용 커넥터를 갖는 LED 조명등.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 LED 점등체 각각은,전원공급부로부터 전달된 전압을 승압시키는 전해콘덴서;상기 LED 패키지에서 필요로 하는 전류값을 조절하는 제1저항 내지 제3저항;상기 제1저항 내지 제3저항에 대응하는 PWM(PULSE WIDTH MODULATION) 제어를 통해 출력 전류량을 조절하는 IC칩; 및상기 IC칩 출력단과 LED 패키지에 접속된 코일로 이루어진 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중접속용 커넥터를 갖는 LED 조명등.
- 제8항에 있어서, 추가되는 LED 점등체에 대응하여 마련되는 제어부는 전원공급부로부터 하네스를 통해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중접속용 커넥터를 갖는 LED 조명등.
