Claims (5)
- 태아의 흉선 및 간 조직과 제대혈에서 유래된 조혈모세포의 이식에 의해 구축된, 인간화 NOG(NOD/SCID/IL2 receptor γc null) 마우스 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마우스 모델은 T세포 기반 면역계가 강화된 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 마우스 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 태아의 흉선 및 간 조직은 NOG 마우스의 신장 캡슐에 이식된 것인 마우스 모델.
- B세포, T세포 및 NK 세포의 기능이 결핍된 면역결핍 NOG 마우스에 태아의 흉선과 간조직을 이식하는 단계 및 상기 마우스에 제대혈에서 유래된 조혈모세포를 이식하는 단계를 포함하는, 인간화된 면역계를 갖는 인간화 NOG 마우스 모델을 구축하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 태아의 흉선과 간 조직은 NOG 마우스의 신장 캡슐에 이식되는 것인 방법.
