Description
Claims (13)
- 습기를 포함하는 산소가스를 플라즈마 처리하여 오존가스와 OH라디칼을 생성하는 플라즈마 발생수단; 및상기 플라즈마 발생수단으로부터 공급된 오존가스와 OH라디칼을 이용하여 수납된 피처리물을 멸균하는 챔버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산소가스의 습도는 50~100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,건조한 산소가스가 물을 통과하게 함으로써 습기를 포함하게 하는 물탱크가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 건조한 산소가스가 물탱크를 통하지 않고, 직접 플라즈마 발생수단으로 공급되게 하는 바이패스관이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플라즈마 발생수단에 건조한 산소가스를 공급하는 산소발생수단과,상기 플라즈마 발생수단에 습기를 공급하는 가습수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플라즈마 발생수단에서 생성된 오존압력이 설정된 압력상태에서 개방되는 압력밸브가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 압력밸브는 상기 오존압력이 6psi이상에서 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플라즈마 발생수단에서 생성된 오존을 수용하는 오존리저버(Ozone Reserver)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 챔버에서 배기된 오존을 분해하는 오존분해수단이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균장치.
- 1) 습기를 포함하는 산소가스를 플라즈마 발생수단에 공급하여 플라즈마 처리하여 오존가스와 OH라디칼을 생성하는 단계; 및2) 상기 1)단계에 의해 생성된 오존가스와 OH라디칼을 이용하여 피처리물을 멸균하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 1)단계 전에,건조한 산소가스가 물을 통과하게 함으로써 습기를 포함하게 하는 단계가 더 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 1)단계는 건조한 산소가스와 습기를 각각 별도로 플라즈마 발생수단에 공급한 후, 플라즈마를 발생시켜 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 산소가스의 습도는 50~100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균방법.
