Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a boiler, and in particular, to wood and lignite as a firewood raw material, and to improve the wood fired boiler so that the wood vinegar or soot generated during combustion of the wood raw material can be removed in the firebox and the flue.
In recent years, the use of coal fired boilers is increasing due to the increase in the cost of raw materials such as oil and gas, and also often serves as a combined boiler connected with oil or gas boilers.
Existing firewood boilers take a lot of time to burn the firewood, which is a firewood, and raise it to the heating temperature desired by the user.In addition, smoke or soot generated by burning the firewood is stuck to the firebox (combustion chamber) or the flue. The ashes remain in the firebox and must be cleaned.
Various measures have been taken to solve this problem, and one example thereof is Korean Patent No. 10-0813130, "Film Boiler." In Korean Patent No. 10-0813130, "Hwamok Boiler," the internal design structure of the exhaust communication is realized to realize the complete combustion of the exhaust gas, and by improving the exhaust path, it is possible to quickly heat the water in the water tank to achieve high thermal efficiency. It is disclosed to have.
Conventional firewood boilers including the domestic patent as described above is provided with a blister on the wall around the firebox and the year connected to the firebox, so that the heat generated by burning fire in the firebox heat exchanges with the water of the blister, Let it warm up.
However, since the temperature of the water in the blister is naturally lower than the heat of the firebox and the flue, wood vinegar or soot is attached to the fire wall around the firebox and the flue due to the influence of water having a low temperature. In particular, in the vicinity of the year is much lower than the heat of the firebox, more wood liquor and soot will stick to the surrounding fire wall. When the wood vinegar and soot is attached to the fire wall around the firebox and the flue, the efficiency of heat transfer to the water in the blister decreases.
Therefore, the user should clean the wood vinegar and soot accumulated in the firebox or year from time to time and remove the ash on the bottom of the firebox quickly. If the amount of wood vinegar and soot that accumulates on the fire wall around the year can be minimized, the heat transfer efficiency will be higher and the cleaning will be less.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an improved firewood boiler so as to minimize the accumulation of wood vinegar and soot that accumulate in the fire wall around the firebox or flue in implementing firewood boilers.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a firewood boiler having an improved structure for improving heat transfer efficiency for transferring heat in a firebox and flue to a blister and minimizing cleaning of the firebox and flue.
According to the present invention for achieving the above object, in the firewood boiler, the firebox 6 having the firebox door 10 in the main body 4 and the firebox 6 are formed in a zigzag to the outlet communication portion 20 in series. And a blister (16) covering the flue (8) having a cleaning door (12), and a firebox (6) and a surrounding fire wall of the flue (8); 22 are formed so that the firebox 6 and the flue 8 are partitioned, and the second fluctuation pipes 24 are formed to cross the left and right blisters 16 above the first fluctuating pipes 22. 8) is divided into zigzag, and characterized in that the refractory plate body 26 is mounted on the first and second communication water pipes 22 and 24 to be fixed.
The present invention can minimize the accumulation of wood vinegar and soot to be accumulated on the fire wall around the firebox or the year, the heat transfer efficiency to transfer the heat in the firebox and the year to the blister has the advantage to minimize the cleaning of the firebox and year have.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a perspective view of a firewood boiler according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 is a side cross-sectional view of Figure 1, Figure 3 is a front sectional view of FIG.
The firewood boiler 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a firebox 6 having a firebox door 10 and a flue 8 having a cleaning door 12 in the main body 4, and the firebox 6 and It is provided with a blister 16 surrounding the surrounding fire wall of the flue (8). The fire chamber 6 is a combustion chamber in which wood wood or lignite is put into combustion and is widely formed in the main body 4, and the flue 8 is connected to the fire chamber 6 and is formed in a zigzag up to the outlet communication portion 20.
In the configuration of the firebox 6 and the flue 8 according to the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of first communication pipes 22 crossing the left and right blisters 16 are formed and a fireproof plate 26 is placed thereon. Configure to be fixed. In addition, in forming the flue 8 in a zigzag manner, a plurality of second communication pipes 24 that cross the left and right blisters 16 are formed above the first communication water pipe 22, and a fireproof plate 26 is formed thereon. It is put up and fixed.
By forming the first and second communicating water pipes 22 and 24 across the left and right blisters 16, not only the combustion heat generated in the fire chamber 6 is applied to the left and right and rear fire walls, but also the ceiling of the fire chamber 6 is formed. The heat transfer efficiency to the blister 16 is increased by being applied to the first communication water pipe 22 as described above. In addition, the heat that goes to the outlet communication section 20 through the flue 8 connected to the firebox 6 is applied to the left and right and rear fire walls of the flue 8 as well as to the second communication pipe 24 so that the blister 16 The heat transfer efficiency of the part is further increased.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the refractory plate body 26 mounted on and fixed to the first and second communication water pipes 22 and 24 has a refractory material such as a castor on the outer metal frame 30 as shown in FIG. 4. It is poured and cured and formed the refractory board 32, The metal frame 30 is comprised so that it may be welded and fixed to the 1st, 2nd communicating water pipe 22 in the main body 4, or the metal plate of a fire wall.
In the present invention, the fireproof material is poured into the bottom of the fire chamber 6 to form the fireproof material bottom portion 28.
Refractory material constituting the refractory plate body 26 and the fireproof material bottom portion 28 of the bottom of the fire chamber 6 fixed on the first and second communicating water pipes 22 and 24 is good enough to withstand high temperatures of 1300 ° C. and is durable. And heat resistance. In addition, the radiant heat absorption is strong so that it does not cool well and does not take the internal heat to the outside, the thermal conductivity to the inner blister 16 is very high.
In particular, in the present invention, when firewood is put into the firebox 6 and burned off due to the high heat absorption of the fireproof plate 26 and the fireproof bottom 28, the surrounding fire wall or flue 8 in the firebox 6 is burned. It burns completely without giving room for vinegar and soot to accumulate in the surrounding walls. Therefore, the fire wall around the fire chamber 6 or the fire wall around the flue 8 does not accumulate wood vinegar or soot, thereby increasing the heat transfer efficiency to the blister 16, and furthermore, the fireproof plate 26 and the fireproof floor 26 which are heated up. High heat can further enhance the heat transfer efficiency to the blister 16.
Accordingly, the user can also reduce the cleaning of the year (8) through the cleaning door 12 as compared to the existing and also reduce the re-cleaning accumulated in the firebox (6).
In the drawings, reference numeral "34", which is not described, denotes a heating water outlet, and "36" denotes a heat exchanger for using hot water from the outside, and a heat exchange corrugated pipe 38 is installed inside the heat exchanger 36. "40" is a heating water thermostat, "42" is a pressure escape tube.
While the present invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be defined by the described embodiments, but should be determined by the equivalent of claims and claims.
The present invention can be used in a coal fired boiler and lignite boiler.
