Claims (3)
- 진공 흡착구에서 흡착판의 기밀성(氣密性)을 강화시켜 주는 용도로 사용되는 폴리우레탄 조성물에 있어서,에틸렌옥사이드와 프로필렌옥사이드의 부가 화합물, 글리세린, 솔비톨, 슈크로스, 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트, 부탄디올, 펜탄디올, 펜타에리스리톨 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 폴리올 100 중량부에 대하여;1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 트리메틸헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 디시클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 디이소시아네이트 20~30 중량부와;벤조페논, 벤조티아졸, 옥사닐라이드, 포름아미딘 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 광산화방지제 0.2~2 중량부와;가수분해 방지제로서 카보디이미드 0.1 ~ 2 중량부와;사슬연장제로서 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트 1~15 중량부와;촉매 0.1~3 중량부; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 흡착구용 점착성 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 진공 흡착구에서 흡착판의 기밀성(氣密性)을 강화시켜 주는 용도로 사용되는 폴리우레탄 조성물에 있어서,에틸렌 옥사이드와 프로필렌 옥사이드의 부가화합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 20~30 중량부, 벤조페논 0.2~2 중량부, 카보디이미드 0.1 ~ 2 중량부, 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트 1~15 중량부, 촉매 0.1~3 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 흡착구용 점착성 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매로는 1,4-디아자-2,2,2-디시클로옥탄과 스태너스 옥테이트(Stannous octate)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 폴리우레탄 조성물.
