Claims (5)
- 전자 선형 조작기에 있어서,서로 마주보게 설치되는 한 쌍의 고정자 코어;가동자 코어와, 통전할 때 상기 가동자 코어를 자화할 있도록 상기 가동자 코어를 둘러싸게 설치되는 코일을 구비하며, 상기 고정자 코어의 내부를 선형적으로 이동가능한 가동자;상기 가동자의 이동을 허용하도록, 상기 고정자 코어의 양 내벽에 상기 가동자를 마주보게 고정적으로 설치되어, 상기 가동자의 코일에 전류가 통전되면 상기 가동자에 이동을 위한 로렌쯔 힘(Lorentz force)을 제공하고, 상기 가동자의 코일에 전류의 통전이 중단되면 상기 가동자에 위치를 유지하도록 유지 력(holding force)을 제공하는 영구자석을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 선형 조작기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정자 코어는,전자기력을 발생하도록, 상기 코일에 전류가 흐를 때 상기 가동자 코어의 자기저항과 다른 자기저항을 갖는 자기저항 차이 부분을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 선형 조작기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 자기저항 차이 부분은,길이에 따라 상기 가동자의 이동거리가 결정될 수 있는 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 선형 조작기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 자기저항 차이 부분은,상기 고정자 코어에 있어서 다른 부분보다 폭이 넓은 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 선형 조작기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정자 코어는,유기되는 와전류를 최소화하기 위해 두께방향으로 다수의 고정자판을 적층하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 선형 조작기.
