Claims (7)
- 입력 인덕터;상기 입력 인덕터에 연결되는 공진 인덕터와, 상기 입력 인덕터에 연결되는 제 1 공진 커패시터와, 상기 공진 인덕터에 연결되는 제 2 공진 커패시터를 포함하는 공진부;상기 공진 인덕터에 연결되는 제 1 스위칭 소자와, 상기 제 1 스위칭 소자에 역방향으로 병렬 연결되는 제 1 역방향 다이오드를 포함하는 제 1 스위칭부;상기 제 1 공진 커패시터와 상기 제 1 스위칭 소자 사이에 연결되는 제 1 다이오드;상기 제 1 공진 커패시터와 상기 공진 인덕터 사이에 연결되는 제 2 다이오드;상기 제 2 공진 커패시터에 연결되는 제 2 스위칭 소자와, 상기 제 2 스위칭 소자에 역방향으로 병렬 연결되는 제 2 역방향 다이오드를 포함하는 제 2 스위칭부; 및상기 제 2 스위칭 소자에 연결되는 평활 커패시터를 포함하는 직류/직류 변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스위칭 소자는 IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류/직류 변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스위칭 소자는 모스 트랜지스터(MOS FET; Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류/직류 변환 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제 1 역방향 다이오드는 상기 모스 트랜지스터에 기생하는 바디 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류/직류 변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 스위칭 소자는 IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류/직류 변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 스위칭 소자는 모스 트랜지스터(MOS FET; Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류/직류 변환 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제 2 역방향 다이오드는 상기 모스 트랜지스터에 기생하는 바디 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류/직류 변환 장치.
