Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 노보넨계 단량체 유도체;[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서,P는 0 내지 4의 정수이고,X 및 Y는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 -20의 알킬, 알킬렌, 카보닐, 카르복시 및 치환 또는 비치환된 C6 -40의 아릴렌이며,a, b는 0 내지 5의 정수이고,R1 및 R2는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 -20의 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 -20의 알콕시, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6 -30의 아릴옥시, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6 -40의 아릴 및 치환 또는 비치환된 C6 -40의 알콕시아릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.
- a) 엔도-나딕 무수물(Endo-Nadic anhydride)를 열적으로 재배열(rearrangement)시켜 엑소-나딕 무수물(Exo-Nadic anhydride)를 제조하는 단계; b) 상기 제조된 엔도-나딕 무수물을 환원제를 이용하여 환원시키는 단계; c) 제조된 생성물을 산(acid) 형태의 신나메이트 유도체와 에스테르화(esteridifation) 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 노보넨계 단량체의 제조방법.
- 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 반복단위를 포함하는 폴리노보넨 유도체;[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에서,P는 0 내지 4의 정수이고,X 및 Y는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 -20의 알킬, 알킬렌, 카보닐, 카르복시 및 치환 또는 비치환된 C6 -40의 아릴렌이며,n은 50 내지 5,000의 정수이고,a, b는 0 내지 5의 정수이며,R1 및 R2는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 -20의 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 -20의 알콕시, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6 -30의 아릴옥시, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6 -40의 아릴 및 치환 또는 비치환된 C6 -40의 알콕시아릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다.
- 1) 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4에 따른 폴리노보넨 유도체를 유기용매에 용해시킨 후 기판 표면 위에 도포하여 도막을 형성하는 단계,2) 상기 도막에 포함된 용매를 건조시키는 단계, 및3) 상기 건조된 도막면에 편광 자외선을 조사하여 배향 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 액정배향막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4에 따른 폴리노보넨 유도체를 포함하는 액정배향막.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 막두께가 0.002 내지 2 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정배향막.
- 청구항 6의 액정배향막을 포함하는 액정 디스플레이.
