Abstract

구동순서 설명
수분흡수 재료에 우산을 닦으면 모토가 구동하고 구동롤러와 수분흡수 재료의
마찰력에 의해서 컨베이어벨트가 회전하게 된다. 우산의 수분은 수분흡수 재료가 흡수해서 제거하고 수분흡수 재료의 수분은 구동롤러와 컨베이어 하부롤러가
수분흡수 재료를 압축해서 수분흡수 재료의 수분을 제거하고 드레인 배관으로
수분이 배출된다. 그리고 1번 건조 FAN이 작동되고 2번 신발을 건조하는 쪽으로
공기가 흡입되고 5번 우산을 건조하는 쪽으로 바람이 나온다. 신발과 우산을
동시에 건조한다.

우산과 신발 건조기 { drying of umbrella and shoes }
수분습수가 잘되는 재료를 이용하여 우산을 건조 바람으로 신발과 우산을
동시에 건조한다.
기계적인 작동을 이용한 수분흡수 재료의 건조
요즘 사용되는 우산 건조기는 바람을 이용하거나 비닐로 덮어준다.
신발의 수분을 처리하기 힘들다. 이것을 개선한다.
수분흡수 재료가 우산의 수분을 흡수하고 수분흡수 재료는 컨베이어롤러와
구동롤러의 사이에 수분흡수 재료를 통과 시켜서 수분흡수 재료가
압축되어 수분을 제거하고 이를 바람으로 이차건조하고 신발은 바람의
흡입구에 올려놓으면 동시에 건조된다.
백화점이나 지하철 같은 장소에는 유동인구가 너무 많아서
비닐을 이용하여 우산의 수분을 제거하기 힘들고 비닐의
사용은 환경문제를 가지고 있다. 수분흡수 재료를( 수건 같은 것)
사용하여 우산의 수분을 제거하거 수분흡수 재료의 수분은
기계적인 압축력에 의해 제거한다면 저렴한 에너지를 이용하여
아무리 많은 우산의 수분도 제거가 가능하며 환경문제도
없으므로 백화점이나 지하철 같이 유동인구가 많은 곳에
사용이 적합합니다.
건물 입구에 설치해서 우산을 사용한 사용자가 건물에 들어가기 전에
컨베이어벨트 수분흡수 재료에 우산을 접촉시켜 수분제거를 시작하면
이를 근접센서로 감지해서 모터가 작동하여 수분흡수 재료의 수분을
제거하고 사용자가 우산을 치우면 일정시간 후 모터가 정지한다.
도 1의 설명
1. 우산과 신발 건조용 FAN, 2. 바람 흡입구(발판), 3.우산건조용 컨베이어벨트,
4. 컨베이어벨트 구동 모터 및 압축용 롤러, 5. 바람 배출구(우산건조)
구동순서 설명
우산이 접근되면 컨베이어 벨트가 구동되고 사람이 컨베이어 벨트에 우산의
수분을 제거하면 1번 FAN 이 작동을 시작하고 2번 흡입구의 바람의 흐름에
의해 신발이 건조되고 5번 배출구의 바람의 흐름에 의해 우산이 건조된다.
