Claims (7)
- 알파-반수석고 20 내지 60%, 광물분체를 20 내지 60%, 마이카 혹은 알루미나 중의 어느 하나 혹은 이들의 혼합 내화재 1 내지 10%, 섬유사 0.1 내지 2.0%, 알킬 치환된 셀룰로오스로 구성되는 내화성(耐火性)을 갖는 압출(壓出) 성형법에 적합한 비내력(非耐力)벽체용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,알파-반수석고(CaSO4.1/2H2O)는 혼수량(混水量)이 30%이하이며, 분말도 1300 ㎠/g 이상, 비중 2.5 ∼ 2.8 인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성(耐火性)을 갖는 압출(壓出) 성형법에 적합한 비내력(非耐力)벽체용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,광물분체가 석영, 장석, 감람석, 각섬석, 운모 중의 어느 하나 혹은 이들의 혼합물로 되는 규산염 광물에서 선택된 규사, 마그네사이트·카널라이트·돌로마이트·활석·사문석과 같은 광물로부터 선택된 마그네슘 광물, 규회석 광물 중의 어느 하나 혹은 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성(耐火性)을 갖 는 압출(壓出) 성형법에 적합한 비내력(非耐力)벽체용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,알파-반수석고 20 내지 60%, 광물분체 20 내지 60%, 마이카 1 내지 10%, 섬유사 0.1 내지 2.0%, 알킬 치환된 셀룰로오스로 구성되는 내화성(耐火性)을 갖는 압출(壓出) 성형법에 의한 비내력(非耐力)벽체용 조성물에 있어서,전체 중량을 기초로 세멘트를 1 내지 20 중량% 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성(耐火性)을 갖는 압출(壓出) 성형법에 적합한 비내력(非耐力)벽체용 조성물.
- 알파-반수석고 20 내지 60%, 규산염광물, 광물분체를 20 내지 60%, 마이카 1 내지 10%, 섬유사 0.1 내지 2.0%, 알킬 치환된 셀룰로오스로 구성되는 조성물을 적어도 10분이상 균질하게 혼합하는 단계,상기한 혼합된 것에 전체 중량을 기초로 물을 약 15 내지 25 중량% 가하여 반죽으로 만드는 슬러리화단계,상기한 슬러리 혼합물을 호퍼에 이송하여 퍼그밀에서 압력 10 내지 35 ㎏/㎠의 압력으로 압축하여 주면서 공기제거 오거로 이송하여 이곳에서 진공장치를 통하여 내부의 공극을 억제하는 압축 점질화 단계,압출 점질화 된 것을 압출오거를 통하여 압출하여 금형을 통과시켜 목적한 형태의 판넬을 압출성형하는 단계,압출 성형된 것을60 내지 80℃로 유지되는 건조실에서 양생처리하는 단계로 구성되는 내화 판넬의 압출 성형 방법.
- 제5 항에 있어서,슬러리화단계에서 Borax 혹은 글루콘산, 시트릭산, 타타릭산, 글로코헵톤산, 아라본산, 사과산 또는 구연산 및 이들의 나트륨,칼륨, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 암모늄, 트리에탄올아민 등의 무기염 또는 유기염 등의 옥시카르복실산; 글루코오스, 프럭토오스, 갈락토오스, 사카로스, 크실로오스, 아비토오스, 리포오즈, 이성화당 등의 단당류나 2당, 3당 등의 올리고당류, 또는 덱스트린 등의 다당류, 이들을 포함하는 당밀류 등의 당류; 솔비톨등의 당알콜; 규불화마그네슘; 인산 및 그의 염 또는 붕산 에스테르류; 아미노카르복실산과 그의 염; 알카리 가용 단백질; 푸민산; 탄닌산; 페놀; 글리세린 등의 다가알콜; 아미노트리(메틸렌포폰산), 1-히드록시에틸리덴-1,1-디포스폰산, 에틸렌디아민테트라(메틸렌포스폰산), 디에틸렌트리아민펜타(메틸렌포스폰산) 및 이들의 알카리 금속염, 알칼리토류 금속염 등의 포스폰산 및 그 유도체 들중의 어느 하나 혹은 이들의 혼합물을 물의 중량을 기준으로 0.3 내지 1.5 중량%를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화 판넬의 압출 성형 방법.
