Claims (10)
- 나노기공을 포함하여 습기 조절이 가능한 조습 기지조직에 가열 소성시에 제거되는 중공형(中空刑) 기공형성제와 대응되는 크기의 다수 구형기공이 셀룰라 형태로 포함되어 이중 기공 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기지조직은,40 내지 95 중량%의 규조토와 황토, 적점토, 카올린, 제올라이트, 일라이트, 질석, 장석, 도석, 납석 중 하나 이상으로 이루어진 잔부(殘部)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구형기공은, 10 내지 80%의 부피를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기공형성제는,폴리메틸메스아크릴레이트(Polymethylmethacrylate), 폴리메틸메스아크릴레이트코에틸렌글릴콜다에메스아클릴레이트(Poly(methylmethacrylate-co-ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate), 폴리메틸메스아크릴레이트-에틸렌글리콜 코폴리머(Polymethylmethacrylate- ethyleneglycol coploymer) 중 어느 하나가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 기공형성제는,5 내지 200㎛의 내경을 갖도록 내부가 비어있는 중공구(中空球) 형상을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 구형기공의 기공밀도는 107개/㎤ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 700℃~900℃ 에서 0.5~6 시간 동안 가열된 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단위 무게당 흡방습량은 20 내지 60 g/㎏이며, 단위 면적당 흡방습량은 150 내지 450 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일.
- 원료분말을 분쇄 및 혼합하는 혼합 및 분쇄단계와,분쇄분말에 수분을 공급하는 혼수단계와,수분을 함유한 슬러리에 중공형 미세구인 기공형성제를 혼합하는 기공형성제혼합단계와,상기 기공형성제가 혼합된 슬러리 내부의 공기를 제거하는 진공단계와,공기가 제거된 슬러리를 성형하여 반제품을 형성하는 반제품성형단계와,상기 반제품을 건조하여 수분을 제거하는 건조단계와,건조된 반제품을 소성로에서 소성하는 소성단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 및 분쇄단계는,40 내지 95 중량%의 규조토와 황토, 적점토, 카올린, 제올라이트, 일라이트, 질석, 장석, 도석, 납석 중 하나 이상으로 이루어진 잔부(殘部)를 혼합 및 분쇄하는 과정임을 특징으로 하는 다공질 조습 타일의 제조방법.
