Claims (7)
- 동력을 발생시키는 동력발생부;상기 동력발생부에 연결되어 상기 동력을 전달하는 동력전달부;상기 동력전달부와 연결되는 독립현가장치를 구성하며 상기 동력전달부에서 전달하는 동력에 의해 회전하는 차축의 일단부에 결합된 바퀴의 외주면에 밀착하여 상기 바퀴가 회전함에 따라 연동되어 회전하면서 도로조건을 구현하는 회전체;상기 독립현가장치를 구성하는 완충장치에 하중을 가하여 하중조건을 구현하는 가압장치; 그리고상기 도로조건과 상기 하중조건이 변화되도록 상기 동력발생부 및 상기 가압장치를 제어하고, 다양하게 변화된 상기 도로조건 및 상기 하중조건에서 상기 독립현가장치의 피로 내구 측정값을 측정하는 제어장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 대형 독립현가장치의 피로 내구 시험기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전체는 편심 회전함을 특징으로 하는 대형 독립현가장치의 피로 내구 시험기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전체는 상하방향으로 설치변위가 가변됨을 특징으로 하는 대형 독립 현가장치의 피로 내구 시험기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전체의 외측에는 상기 회전체 및 상기 바퀴가 냉각되도록 공기를 송풍시키는 냉각장치가 더 구비되고, 상기 냉각장치는 상기 제어장치에 의해 작동제어됨을 특징으로 하는 대형 독립현가장치의 피로 내구 시험기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는 상기 동력발생부 및 상기 가압장치를 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 독립현가장치의 피로 내구시험 결과값이 도출되는 측정부를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 대형 독립현가장치의 피로 내구 시험기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어장치에서 측정된 피로 내구 측정값이 전송되어 저장되고 보고서로 출력되는 처리부를 포함하여 이루어지는 처리장치가 상기 제어장치와 연결되되, 상기 처리장치에는 시험조건이 입력되는 입력부와, 시험진행상황이 표시되는 표시부가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 대형 독립현가장치의 피로 내구 시험기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가압장치는압력을 발생시키는 압력발생부와,일단부는 상기 압력발생부와 연결되고, 타단부는 상기 완충장치의 상단부에 접하여 상기 압력발생부에서 발생되는 압력에 따라 상하방향으로 길이가 가변되면서 상기 완충장치에 가압력을 전달하는 압력전달부를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 대형 독립현가장치의 피로 내구 시험기.
