Claims (3)
- 스팬들(3)에 공구(4)를 장착하여 가공대상물(W)을 가공하는 공작기계(2)에 적용되어 상기 공구(4)의 가공개시높이를 설정하는 공작기계의 가공개시높이 설정장치(1)에 있어서,상기 공구(4)에 인접한 주변에 상하 이동 가능하게 설치되어 상기 공구(4)의 존부(存否)를 검출하는 센서(11)가 장착된 센서블록(10);상기 센서블록(10)을 상기 가공대상물(W)의 표면에 접한 가공위치(P1)와 상기 공구(4)의 상측까지 후퇴한 복귀위치(P2) 사이에 상하로 이동시키는 이동수단(20); 및상기 공작기계(2)로 상기 가공대상물(W)의 가공을 시작하면, 상기 센서블록(10)을 상기 복귀위치(P2)로부터 상기 가공위치(P1)로 이동시킨 후에 상기 공구(4)를 하강시키고, 상기 공구(4)가 상기 가공대상물(W) 표면의 정해진 높이에 이르렀음을 상기 센서(11)가 감지하면 상기 센서(11)로부터 그 감지신호를 전송받아 상기 센서블록(10)을 상기 복귀위치(P2)로 후퇴시키는 것과 함께 상기 스핀들(3)을 작동시켜 상기 공구(4)가 상기 가공대상물(W)을 가공하도록 제어하는 제어부(30);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 공작기계의 가공개시높이 설정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센서(11)는 발광부(11a)와 수광부(11b)를 구비하고, 상기 발광부(11a)와 상기 수광부(11b)의 사이에 상기 공구(4)가 위치하게 될 때 그 감지신호를 상기 제어부(30)로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 공작기계의 가공개시높이 설정장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단(20)은 그 일단이 상기 센서블록(10)에 고정되고 타단이 상기 스팬들(3)에 고정된 실린더(20a)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 공작기계의 가공개시높이 설정장치.
