Claims (9)
- 내부통로의 일측에 형성되는 보조가열 수단과,상기 보조가열 수단의 가열된 공기를 순환시키기 위하여 구성되는 강제 순환 팬과,상기 강제 순환 팬에 의하여 가열된 공기가 적재된 고추에 공급되게 설치되는 건조실과,상기 내부통로의 보조가열수단 및 건조실 사이에 구성되며, 압축기, 열교환코일, 열교환기, 팽창변 및 사방변으로 구성되어 냉매의 증발 및 응축이 선택적으로 이루어지는 히트펌프 시스템과,상기 열교환코일의 하부 일측에 고추의 건조과정에서 발생한 응축수를 외부로 배출되는 응축수 배출통로가 구비되어 구성되어지고,상기 히트펌프 시스템 및 보조 가열수단은 고추내부 온도(T3), 과피의 온도(T2), 주위 공기의 온도(T1) 순으로 나타나는 구간에서 설정온도까지 가열되며,주위온도(T1) 보다 과피의 온도(T2) 및 고추내부의 온도(T3)가 높은 구간에서는 히트펌프시스템이 일정온도까지 냉각되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고추 건조장치
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기한 설정온도는 고추의 조직이 파괴되기 전의 순간온도 인 100 까지 히트펌프 및 보조 가열수단으로 가열하고, 상기한 일정온도는 냉매회로를 이용한 히트펌프에서 응축온도를 60, 증발온도를 20로 유지하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고추 건조장치
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 보조가열수단은 전열기인 것을 특징으로 하는 고추 건조장치
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내부통로는 외부와 차단되는 폐회로로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고추 건조장치
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내부통로의 일측에 순환펌프에 의해 순환되는 열매체유가 장입된 보조 열교환코일이 내부통로와 외부가 상호 열교환이 가능하도록 설치되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고추 건조장치
- 각각의 내부통로의 일측에 형성되는 각각의 보조가열 수단과,상기 각각의 보조가열 수단의 가열된 공기를 순환시키는 각각의 강제 순환 팬과,상기 각각의 강제 순환 팬에 의하여 가열된 공기가 적재된 고추에 공급되는 각각의 건조실과,상기 각각의 내부통로의 보조가열수단 및 건조실 사이에 구성되며, 압축기, 각각의 열교환코일, 팽창변 및 사방변으로 구성되어 냉매의 증발 및 응축이 선택적으로 이루어지는 히트펌프 시스템과,상기 열교환코일의 하부 일측에 고추의 건조과정에서 발생한 응축수를 외부로 배출되는 응축수 배출통로가 구비되어 구성되어지고,상기 각각의 열교환코일은 각각의 내부통로에 권회 설치되며, 가열과 냉각이 반복되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고추 건조장치
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 보조가열수단은 전열기인 것을 특징으로 하는 고추 건조장치
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 내부통로는 폐회로로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고추 건조장치
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 각각의 내부통로 일측에 순환펌프에 의해 순환되는 열매체유가 장입된 보조 열교환코일이 상기 각각의 내부통로를 상호 열교환이 가능하도록 설치되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고추 건조장치
