Claims (4)
- 유체가 흐르는 유동배관에 형성되는 배관포트에 결합하여 상기 유동배관의 동파를 방지하는 동파방지 밸브에 있어서,양단 내측에 나사산이 형성되는 내부 중공의 밸브 몸체와;상기 밸브 몸체의 일단에 나사 결합하고, 상기 배관포트와 연결되는 연결관과;상기 밸브 몸체의 타단에 결합하고, 내부 공간에 상변화 물질이 수용된 수용관; 및상기 밸브 몸체의 내부에 수용되고, 상기 연결관과 상기 수용관 사이에 구비되는 개폐 밸브;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 상변화 물질을 이용한 동파방지 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수용관은 상기 내부 공간에 상변화 물질이 수용된 후 상기 내부 공간을 밀폐하는 수용관 마개를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 물질을 이용한 동파방지 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개폐 밸브는 상기 연결관의 유출구를 개폐하는 개폐부와; 상기 개폐부 의 전면에 결합하여 상기 유출구를 기밀성 있게 밀폐하는 패킹부재와; 상기 개폐부에 수직으로 연장 형성되는 연결부; 및 상기 연결부의 끝단에 형성되고, 상기 수용관의 내부 일 측에 수용되는 압축 스프링 지지대;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 물질을 이용한 동파방지 밸브.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 동파방지 밸브는 상기 수용관의 내부 일 측에 수용되되, 상기 압축 스프링 지지대의 내 측에 안착되는 압축 스프링을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 물질을 이용한 동파방지 밸브.
