Description
Claims (4)
- 영상융합을 이용한 교통 위반 단속 시스템에 있어서,도로를 주행하는 차량의 속도를 감지하고, 속도위반을 판단하는 속도위반감지부(10);상기 도로에 설치되어 차량을 촬영하는 2개 이상의 카메라(20);상기 카메라(20)들이 촬영방향을 설정하고, 상기 카메라(20)에 기준영상을 제공하는 기준제공부(30);상기 카메라(20)들에서 촬영된 각각의 영상들을 상기 기준영상을 이용하여 융합하는 영상융합부(50);상기 영상융합부(50)에서 융합된 영상에서 문자를 인식하는 문자인식부(70);상기 영상융합부(50)에서 융합된 영상과, 상기 문자인식부(70)에서 인식된 문자를 외부로 전송하는 통신부(90)를 포함하는 영상융합을 이용한 교통 위반 단속 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기준제공부(30)는 도로에 페인트, 야광페인트 또는 반사판 중 어느 하나인 영상융합을 이용한 교통 위반 단속 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기준제공부(30)는상기 카메라(20)의 촬영범위에 포착되도록 적어도 2개 이상인 영상융합을 이용한 교통 위반 단속 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 영상융합부(50)는상기 카메라(20)들에서 촬영된 2개의 영상에서 각각의 기준제공부(30)를 인식하는 기준영상인식부(51);상기 기준영상인식부(51)에서 인식된 각각의 기준제공부(30)의 비율을 조절하여 일치시키는 비율조절부(53);상기 기준영상인식부(51)에서 인식된 각각의 기준제공부(30)의 회전각을 조절하여 일치시키는 회전각조절부(55)를 포함하는 영상융합을 이용한 교통 위반 단속 시스템.
