The present invention relates to a sound absorbing block having a sound absorbing function.

In general, sound absorbing interior materials are used in buildings such as broadcasting stations, theaters, churches, auditoriums, audio-visual rooms, conference rooms, and indoor gymnasiums.

As the sound absorbing interior material, a panel made of a porous sound absorbing material such as asbestos, rock wool, glass wool, soft urethanes, natural fibers, or the like is used.

On the other hand, the sound-absorbing interior material made of combustible urethane or natural fiber is susceptible to fire, and when a fire occurs in a building, many casualties can occur.

In addition, sound absorbing linings made of non-combustible asbestos, rock wool, and glass wool are incombustible but expensive. In particular, sound-absorbing materials made of asbestos are harmful to the human body.

In addition, the sound absorbing interior material is installed on the wall inside the building, it is difficult to install without a separate support.

Accordingly, the present invention, invented to solve the above problems, as well as the sound absorbing function, as well as non-combustible fire, and provides a sound absorbing block that can be independently installed inside or outside the building without a separate support. Has its purpose.

The present invention for solving the above problems is characterized in that the sound absorbing hole penetrated up and down, and the guide hole is opened in the front and up and down while communicating with the sound absorbing hole.

The present invention has a sound absorbing hole penetrated up and down, and a guide hole opened up and down while communicating with the sound absorbing hole. The sound absorbing function is non-combustible and resistant to fire. This can be installed inside or outside the building.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a perspective view of a sound absorbing block according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, a sound absorbing block according to the present invention will be described.

The sound absorbing block 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is porous and has a sound absorbing hole 11 penetrating up and down, and a guide hole 12 opening up and down while communicating with the sound absorbing hole 11. Is formed.

The sound absorbing hole 11 has a hole shape penetrating up and down, and when the sound absorbing block 10 is viewed in plan, the front and rear ends have a rounded shape. At this time, the surface forming the sound absorbing hole 11 may have a polygonal shape when viewed in a plane.

The guide hole 12 is narrower in width than the sound absorbing hole 11, and the rear side thereof communicates with the suction part 11. Thus, sound waves entering the guide hole 12 enter the sound absorbing hole 11.

In this case, the sound absorbing block 10 may be formed of a plurality of sound absorbing holes 11 and guide holes 12.

On the other hand, the sound-absorbing block 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is made of coal ash as a porous material, and is made by molding the raw material obtained by mixing dry pulverization of kaolin powder, clay, feldspar and royal sand into coal ash in the form of a block. .

Figure 2 is a functional diagram showing that the sound is absorbed through the sound absorbing block according to the present invention, the operation of the sound absorbing block with reference to Figure 2 as follows.

The sound wave hit by the sound absorbing block 10 is partially absorbed by the outer surface of the porous sound absorbing block 10, and a part of the sound wave enters the sound absorbing hole 11 along the guide hole 12.

The sound waves introduced into the sound absorbing hole 11 are absorbed by the sound absorbing hole 11 while colliding with the porous sound absorbing hole 11, and part of them are diffused by the diffuse reflection in the sound absorbing hole 11. Therefore, the sound absorbing block 10 may have a soundproofing effect.

On the other hand, Figure 3 shows a state in which the sound absorbing block is assembled according to the present invention, the suction block 10 is a plurality of pieces through the mortar (M) forms a wall.

At this time, the mortar (M) is inserted into the guide hole 12 of the suction block 10, the binding force between the suction block 10 and the suction block 10 is strengthened.

Therefore, the sound absorbing block 10 can be installed inside the building without a separate support, and can increase the space utilization in the building by partitioning the space in the building through the suction block 10.

In addition, when the sound absorbing block 10 is installed outside the building, the sound absorbing block 10 may function as a sound absorbing material while acting as a fence, so that external noise does not flow into the building.

In addition, when the sound absorbing block 10 is integrated on both sides of the road, the sound absorbing block 10 prevents the vehicle from leaving the road due to an accident and prevents vehicle noise from entering the residential area.

4 is a cross-sectional view showing a sound absorbing block according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 4, in the sound absorbing block 10 ′ of the second embodiment, a plurality of uneven parts 13 are formed on the front side in the same state as the sound absorbing block 10 of the first embodiment.

Therefore, when the sound wave hits the sound absorbing block 10 ', part is absorbed by the porous outer surface, and part is diffusely reflected by the uneven portion 13 and at the same time is absorbed by the porous surface constituting the uneven portion 13. At this time, the sound wave entering the uneven portion 13 through the guide hole 12 of the sound absorption block 10 'is extinguished by the same action as in the first embodiment.

As described above, the sound absorbing block according to the present invention is installed inside and outside the building to remove noise inside and outside the building. In addition, since the sound absorbing block has a block shape, it is possible to form a sound absorbing film by bundling a plurality of suction blocks even without a separate support, and may also serve as a wall.

In addition, since the sound absorbing block uses coal ash, even if the sound absorbing block is not burned due to fire, it does not cause human injury, and it is environmentally friendly by recycling the discarded coal ash. In addition, when plasticizing the sound absorbing block using coal ash, the sound absorbing block has a light yellow earthy color, so that no additional painting is required.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the following claims.

For example, in the present embodiment, a sound absorbing block is provided including a porous material such as coal ash, but may not include a porous material if necessary. The material composition and composition ratio of the block may also be variously changed as necessary.
